“Not as advertised”
−The breakfast offering was misleading, as it turned out to be only a selection of snacks rather than a proper breakfast. In addition, I found bedbugs in the bed, which was very concerning and unacceptable.

+Good location close to the centre by public transport. Room was big and two beds, small fridge was convenient in the room. Really nice to have coffee/tea in the morning. Cleaner was really friendly.
−I did not have internet for the last 4 days...owner tried to fix it, and called the internet provider. But not solution was provided, and I paid 10€ extra for the bed linen in the other bed...that could have been free in our case. Room has a stove, so cooking could be possible just missing a pan, and few cooking tools. Room is not good isolated you can hear the train, and the ambulances all time. Place was not super clean, we found rubbish from previous guests. Beds are in a real bad shape you are bending to the middle and the bed linen has holes... Anyway after walking in Rome you fell asleep easily every night

“Unpleasant”
+The location was okay, only 10~12 minutes walking from the building, the self service breakfast was fine. But the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the pillows felt like a paper because it didn’t had volume. I nearly fell off trying to seat on the edge of the bed. You don’t get what is on the pictures.
−The day we checked in, we received a message on our WhatsApp from the person managing the place, and we were told we had to pay €24 for tourist tax (fair enough, as we have seen this before in Italy) and leave the money on the table inside the room, and they would collect it the next day. But the next day, we woke up at 8:30 AM ~ 9:00 AM with someone making so much noise in the living area, and we were trying to fall asleep again because we had a late night, but we couldn’t. 30 minutes later, someone knocked on our room door and asked us to pay for the tourist tax. We were not happy about the approach because how come you wake up your guests to ask for tourist tax if they are not even checking out that day???? We just told the lady we did not have cash at the moment, and she left. Later on, we asked to make a virtual payment, as we do not use cash on our trips. We made the payment, and that was the end of it. It felt extremely unpleasant and unprofessional to wake up with someone demanding cash from us, like we would run away without paying this tax. I would never go back to this place again, as it has nothing good to offer apart from the location.

+Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru mieszkania😍 cudowny kontakt z osobami zajmującymi się obiektem, koleją można szybko dostać się do pobliskiej stacji i pieszo podejść do mieszkania, jest blisko na tramwaj do centrum Rzymu i pociąg do Watykanu, mogliśmy korzystać z ekspresu do kawy, w pokoju była lodówka i zlew oraz stolik z krzesłami, telewizor, klimatyzacja, suszarka, wszystko co potrzebne mieliśmy pod ręką☺️ cicha okolica, bardzo polecam!

+Posizione perfetta, vicino Trasteveree mezzi pubblicinel centrostorico. Stanza Wide grande buon ristrutturata in stile moderno. Bagno comoda. Balcone nella stanza, però un'po piccolo

“Soggiorno rilassante a due passi da Trastevere”
+Stanza grande con terrazzino dove rilassarsi e fare colazione. Location buona per girare Roma, vicino alle fermate di bus e tram.
