+The room was very clean and comfortable, the stuff were very nice and pleasent, and the location is great :) Also the shower was perfect! And the balcony with the view.

“A clean room with a kind host, but ruined by bad breakfast hygiene, night access, and poor check-out”
+Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom were spotless and very well-maintained. • Host & Family: The property is managed by an elderly gentleman and his family who are extremely kind, polite, and welcoming. Check-in is handled directly by him at their home (the room is located right above their house). • Location: Conveniently close to the city center during the day.
−Lack of Early Notice: When they served breakfast, no one mentioned that another guest was checking in. When I finished breakfast and wanted to pay to extend my stay, the gentleman informed me that I had to leave because it was booked. This was frustrating as he should have given me advance notice so I could pack and arrange an alternative without rushing. • Access & Night Safety: Reaching the property can be tricky. Walking back at night is strongly discouraged due to pitch-black darkness and many stray dogs. Taking a Tuk-Tuk is necessary after dark. • Breakfast Issue: Breakfast was very poor. I was served egg toast with ants inside it, and their handling of the situation was weak and disappointing.

“Hotel quality room and service in nature, hosted by kind people”
+Hosts are very nice and helpful! I felt like at the hotel: the room was spotless, spacious and comfortable (large bed with good mattress and pillows, mosquito net and a fan) with a nice private balcony to enjoy breakfast watching the surrounding nature ; the bathroom has hot water and all the necessary toiletries. Bonus: mini fridge, kettle and tea. The location make it easy to go to the main road walking, while being a bit down the road to avoid the noise. Very good value for money! I really enjoyed my stay :)

+I liked the room and the view from a balcony a lot. It was such a cosy place, very near the city centre. The staff was very friendly.
−I recommend to buy the new white towels because the ones in the place are so old and not white anymore. Breakfast was served cold.

+The room was lovely, really big and a stunning view. Huge bathroom. The breakfast on the balcony was delicious and a great set up. The staff were very warm and accommodating.

“Fantastic peaceful stay in a serene setting away from the tourist bustle”
+Incredible setting away from the main road in the soothing noise and wildlife of the jungle. Lovely terrace overlooking the jungle with massive room and bathroom. Great to have a fridge to store water and fresh fruit. Very quiet and super friendly staff who were accommodating and very helpful to sort transport for our next destination and recommend local activities. Thank you so much - wee had a great time!
−Towels could have been a bit cleaner - other than that can’t fault it, we loved it here.

“Una bellezzza”
+Che bellezza! E' stato un soggiorno fantastico in questa struttura immersa nella vallata, lontano dal caos di Ella. Che comunque è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di camminata. Anche le escursioni principali sono raggiungibili a piedi da qui. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma soprattutto pulite! Con letti molto comodi. Anche il bagno è molto grande, con acqua calda senza limiti e asciugacapelli fornito. E' presente un mini frigo, bollitore e a disposizione the/caffè solubile. La colazione si può scegliere tra 4 proposte e concordare l'orario, arriverà puntualissima sul terrazzino annesso con una vista impagabile sul verde di prima mattina!E' molto buona ed abbondate! Da sottolineare la cortesia prima del nostro arrivo e poi anche del personale in loco che è stato sempre super disponibile e super accogliente! Grazie! L'unico appunto che farei per migliorare la camera è installare l'aria condizionata. Anche se ad Ella non fa caldissimo purtroppo la notte comunque con le porte chiuse farebbe comodo. Per il resto è stato veramente bello e rilassante soggiornare qui!
