“Great location but not worth the money for the stay.”
+The location was great! In close proximity to food, entertainment and the beach.
−I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We found a couple pubic hairs in the spa tub and the bed linens were stained. I took pictures and brought it to the attention of the check in staff and she ended up not charging me the $25 early check-in fee. She also let us choose a different room, with the same set up. My GF and I ended up buying some bleach wipes to clean the spa tub and our bed linens ended up having stains on them too. At $268 for the night, and given the hassle, I don’t think it was worth it. The bed was very comfy though and the staff were attentive. Overall, very disappointing and we won’t stay there again.

+The staff was great, the room was very spacious and it was quiet.
−The dog relief area was very small and near the dumpsters, so there was some broken glass one day.

“The Bait and Switch Motel”
+The room was comfortable.
−They said we're dog friendly. Then made me sign two pet waivers and told us no dogs around the pool area. Area!? At the pool i understand. They then gave us a room in the back of the hotel facing the maintenance garage filled with junk and they did not police the area. My town dump is cleaner. The view of the maintenance building really made our day. We checked out and found a place down the road. This motel is pet intolerant NOT pet friendly! Beware!

+The outdoor space is a highlight of the property with the pool, hot tub, and games for kids. This was definitely the best part of the hotel.
−The website says they are pet friendly, nowhere in the terms on the website does it say your pet cannot be left unattended in the room. It's only when you get to check in where they make you sign a paper (under pressure) that informs you of this. This felt like a bait and switch attempt, and I didn't like it. I find it incredibly hard to believe people book a vacation and hotel stay with a pet so they can just stay in the room all the time. There was also a very small patch of not so grassy lawn on the backside of the hotel where we were told to walk our dogs, and poop bags and trash were located there. That's great, but there was trash and liter scattered all about. I even found glass. Why was this area so neglected? I didn't want my dog walking there. I was told the hotel had been newly renovated, it was fun and colorful. The finish work left something to be desired. I also was unimpressed with the cleaning job...crumbs and debris around the perimeter of the bed and between the vinyl flooring and threshold to the bathroom. Toothpaste stuck between the penny round tiles in the bathroom. Scuff marks on the vinyl floor. If someone had taken more than just a swipe of a swiffer across
