“Big and clean room in Venice”
+The apartment is very big in Venice standard, and it is also very clean. All amenities were there, even have a mini fridge and some snacks and drinks provided. Communication was prompt and smooth with the host, instructions were very clear. Location is good, about 10-15 mins to the train station, and some restaurants near by. I would 100% recommend staying here!

“Cute apartment - not great owner interaction who claimed we caused damages”
+Pretty apartment right on a canal, walkable from the train station.
−There are TWO "Dream Suites", one called Dream and one called Sunset. The listing photos show photos for both units so what you see isn't exactly to what you get (we stayed in Sunset but the bathroom looked nothing like the pretty photos for Dream suite). This also caused confusion trying to follow the check in process. Most unsettling, is that when the first person from our group (we are 50 year old responsible women) used the toilet, one of the flat wall buttons you press to flush fell off. We couldn't figure out how to reattached, and thinking it was just a tricky fixture, thought nothing of it until two days after we had left the owner filed a complaint and damages claim with Booking.com and demanded we pay them 50€ for the broken button and "causing damages" to their property. I was beside myself and responded to both Booking and the owner who I had communicated with via WhatsApp. Despite telling her we didn't break the button and simply pressed it to flush, as you have to to use the toilet, the owner Rafaella insisted we pay her and told me it was "American" of me to think we didn't have to pay for something we broke. “Ok für eine Nach wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof”
+Die Lage war sehr gut
−Es gab kein WLAN, auch nach Rückfragen hat es nicht funktioniert. Sehr schade. UND: Es war sehr kompliziert das Sicherheitsdeposit zu hinterlegen. Ich wurde aufgefordert mein privates email für einen Zahlungslink zur verfügung zu stellen, was gegen die BOOKING Richtlinien ist. Nachdem diese Aufforderung einen Tag vor der Anreise kam, war es auch auch nicht möglich sich bei Booking rückzuversichern. Ohne Bekanntgabe der Mail, hätte man weit zum Büro gehen müssen… mit koffern vom Bahnhof

“Sehr gut”
+Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Für mich war die Lage einfach großartig! Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir durften auch unser Handgepäck schon früher in der Wohnung abstellen, sobald es möglich war. Wenn ich das nächste Mal Venedig besuche, ist das die erste Unterkunft, bei der ich nachsehen werde, ob sie frei ist. Vielen Dank!

“Très bon emplacement, chambre au décor vénitien”
++ très bon emplacement + entrée autonome avec boîte à clés et code + bon service rapide et efficace + décor typique vénitien + très chouette quartier + les petites attentions à l’arrivée boissons et biscuits
−- au-dessus d’un resto de poisson - beaucoup de bruit le week-end car cafés qui restent ouverts tard et jouent de la musique bien trop fort.

“Fantastisch verblijf aan een pittoresk kanaal, weg van de toeristenstroom, dichtbij al het moois”
+De locatie is fantastisch, enigszins uit de toeristenstroom van Venetië, dichtbij heerlijke terrasjes van koffietentjes en restauantjes. Vlakbij de boothalte Guglie, vanwaaruit alle locaties met de waterbus makkelijk te bereiken zijn. Prachtig uitzicht op het kanaal en alle bedrijvigheid van de authentieke Venetianen. Alles was superschoon en de dames die de locatie runnen zijn heel erg lief en behulpzaam en informeren je precies hoe je er komt en hoe alles werkt met de sleutel.
