“Abou Tunis tried very hard to make up for the deficiencies of the hotel which were not of his making.”
+Location was good. The manager, Abou Tunis, was extremely helpful and couldn't have done more to assist us. He helped us with finding somewhere to eat, with taxis, and with the best way to get to the Roman ruins.
−The property is under extensive renovation. When it is finished it will be terrific. But it is not there yet - and some things are lacking. Abou Tunis tried very hard to make up for this, but he was up against it. The showers in the bathroom sprayed directly out into the bedroom and there were no bath mats to soak up the water; the kitchen had no water glasses, no tea or coffee; and the breakfast was appalling.

“Well situated with lovely staff and probably the best choice for a night in Jerash”
+The property was clean and in process of major renovation - which will be great. Above all Abou and his lovely staff could not have been more helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. They made the hotel memorable
−The breakfast was very average - and the details in the bedrooms poor - no bedside lights, no glasses for water etc

“an excellent choice for Jerash staying.”
+the position (just in front of the roman cittadel), the outstanding overlook on the rooftop during an excellent breakfast, the huge kindbess of the staff and of the owner particularly, the just in fron car parking.
−nothing, keep the hotel as it is now.

“Clean and comfortable”
+We were very happy with Dream House Hotel. It is extremely clean which is most important to us. The room (suite) was very large with 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable, and warm in Winter. The breakfast on the rooftop was great with views of the Jerash ruins (enclosed and heated in winter). Nutella pancakes with breakfast was yum. Situated on a quiet street, street parking available out front. Happy to recommend it to others.
−The room had a small kitchenette and it would have been nice to have plates and cutlery and washing detergent so we could use it when we brought food back. No issues though.

“Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great bed”
+Perfect location with a great view of the archaeological site of Jerash. The staff were extremely friendly and so very helpful. Plentiful breakfast which sets you up perfectly for the day especially if you’re off out to walk around the sites of Jerash. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is well insulated so I didn’t get disturbed by much noise and that is hard to find these days. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I have the fortune of visiting Jordan again!
