+It got a little noisy in the morning. There is construction across the street so they start working early as it was on a weekday. The room was clean and updated.

+The room was nice with comfortable beds. Easy access and reliable transportation options. The area itself is sketchy but improving. I wouldn’t walk around alone.

+The room had a very strong odor and was somewhat dirty, which made the stay quite unpleasant. Additionally, the area where the hotel is located has a large number of homeless people, and it gets very loud at night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud , every time it turned on, it sounded like someone was trying to break through the door, waking me up several times during the night. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

“Very accommodating”
+We had travel issues and needed to cancel the first night of our reservation and the office staff was so understanding and then the next day when we had to arrive well before check in they kept our bags safe while we found a restaurant to wait in. Very nice staff, comfortable room. The location was great for downtown. We loved that the TVs had streaming. We would definitely stay here again.

+The room was decent and it was clean. The property is old but seems like it has been kept up pretty well. I described it to my girlfriend as a small step up from Motel 6. Biggest complaint is the neighborhood noise. Not sure what the issue was, but we could hear things pretty clearly from outside.
