−On the morning before I left, I started feeling itchy all over my body and noticed red bumps on my skin. At first, I thought I had been bitten by a mosquito, but then I realized that I had bites all over my body. After checking previous reviews, I found out that there had already been reports of bed bugs in the room. As soon as I got home, I had to wash and freeze all my belongings and throw away my shoes as a precaution. It’s a shame because the accommodation is in a great location and otherwise I liked it, but this is definitely something the owner needs to address.

“Widerlich, entwürdigend und absolut inakzeptabel!”

−Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie man so etwas Gästen zumuten kann. Wir hatten zwei Nächte für uns und unsere Tochter gebucht. Mitten in der Nacht wachte ich auf und merkte, dass ich klebrig war und es fürchterlich stank. Der Grund: Ich hatte auf einer Matratze geschlafen, die auf der Unterseite einen riesigen, bestialisch stinkenden Urinfleck hatte. Durch mein Körpergewicht und meine Körperwärme war ich offenbar direkt damit in Kontakt gekommen. Allein der Gedanke daran ist widerlich. Fotos davon haben wir gemacht. Aber was fast genauso schlimm ist, ist der Umgang mit uns danach. Wir meldeten den Vorfall sofort und baten um eine Lösung. Statt einer konkreten Hilfe kamen nur vage Antworten. Wir verloren den halben Vormittag mit Anrufen und Warten, während wir eigentlich Budapest besichtigen wollten. Schließlich mussten wir selbst eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Eine Reinigungskraft haben wir auch nie gesehen. Und jetzt kommt das Unverschämteste: Wir sollen offenbar für diese Erfahrung bezahlen. Ich habe Geld dafür bezahlt, in fremdem Urin zu schlafen, und soll am Ende auf den Kosten sitzen bleiben. Das fühlt sich nicht nur unfair an, sondern schlicht entwürdigend. So behandelt man

“Horrible alojamiento, nos cancelaron una hora antes de hacer el check-in”
−No podemos decir lo que nos gustó y lo que no porque ni si quiera llegamos a entrar. Nos cancelaron la reserva sin dar motivo alguno a una hora de llegar a Budapest. No nos dieron soluciones, al contrario, nos dijeron de cancelar nosotras la reserva en vez de ellos para no devolvernos el dinero. Además, les escribimos para buscar alguna alternativa y no nos volvieron a responder. En definitiva, se limpiaron las manos y nos dejaron en la calle.

−Undorító mocskos koszos, lepusztult az egész szállás,, folyik a zuhanyrózsa, vízköves koszos a fürdőszoba, a zuhanyfüggönyhöz hozzáérni is azonnali fertőzésveszély, undorító a wc más emberek ürüléke ott szárad a wc-szélén, nem működik se a mikró se a vízforraló. Telefonon nem lehet elérni őket Senkinek se ajánlom igazi rémálom 1 éjszaka eltöltésére sem alkalmas,, éjszaka hallani a szomszéd szobából minden szót, aludni sem lehet, kényelmetlen az ágy a matrac agyon használt, kifeküdt.

“Výskyt štěnic, silná alergická reakce a nulová komunikace hostitele v noci”

−V pokoji se vyskytovaly ŠTĚNICE (bed bugs). Utrpěla jsem silnou alergickou reakci s desítkami štípanců po těle i obličeji s nutností lékařského ošetření a léků. Hostitel v noci vůbec nezvedal telefon a nekomunikoval, takže jsme museli uprostřed noci odejít a hledat náhradní nocleh. Hygienické podmínky jsou nepřijatelné a nebezpečné pro zdraví.
