“Terrible”
+Hmm maybe the room size was decent , other than that nothing.
−The “super king-size bed” was actually just a double bed, and although garden access was advertised, no key was provided for the back door so we couldn’t use it. The kitchen was dirty, the bathroom did not have the advertised freestanding shower, only a showerhead you had to hold, and we were only given one towel despite booking for 2 people for 2 nights. To make things worse, the people above us were stomping around all night making it difficult to sleep.

“Absolute disgrace”
+Not much
−Left early because of the following. Shared kitchen advertised but was broken and dirty with just 2 cups. No hot water and host just kept saying they would update when fixed but never got fixed. Room was tiny with no storage for clothes and the curtains did not cover the window. General housekeeping was really poor and was only 1 toilet roll left between 4 rooms. Overall easily the worst place we have stayed and the less said about the host the better

+The new doors and room locks are an good improvement. the new bathroom floor covering also.
−The bathroom no longer has a shower cubicle and there is no wall hook for the shower set on the bath taps. neither the gas hob nor the undercounter oven are fit for use at the moment, all the knobs are broken so you cannot switch on or regulate the nurbners and so forth: and the two oven doors are skewiff on their hinges so do not close.

+Przed przyjazdem właściciel poinformował nas o zmianie kwatery ,wysłał adres i instrukcje zameldowania.

“We want our money back!”
