“Pretty disappointing. But it was better than sleeping in the car.. but more expensive than sleeping in the car.. to jury”
+Location was good. Booked late and was able to chk in which was good.
−Room was dirty. No toilet paper. No lightbulbs... actually; too many issues to mention.. I have visited semi permanent residents staying here, and this room was well below that standard.

−Half way house. We had several encouters with junkies. We couldn't get any sleep, the couple next door got there fix on at atound 11pm and were having a window 98 shut down every five minutes. Extremely uncomfortable

“I would not choose this venue again.”
+I asked for a heater because the room was cold, and one was provided quickly.
−The place was very loud, with people running up and down the hallways, shouting out, swearing, calling out, expressing anger. Some of the people in different rooms left their doors open with loud noise and loud conversations, and this went on from 6:30 in the evening until after 11 pm. After contacting the management more than once, I was told that there were staff on site, but it seems that the staff were unable to get the residents to behave appropriately, particularly late at night, reduce their noise, and keep their door shut. For those who may need to get up the next day and go to work, this is not the venue you should be choosing. Even in the communal area, there was no iron or ironing board available.

“Extremely disappointed”
+The location for where I needed to be was the only thing I liked.
−The room was not vacuumed at all, dirt, dust and grime everywhere. The shower had hair stuck in the drain, toothpaste splatter all over the mirror and hand basin. Absolutely appalling

“Glad we slept there and nothing else.”
+Not alot. Room wasn't very clean. The sliding door to toilet didn't work. The shower button only lasted 5 sec and never got hot water at shower or basin. Even warm wouldn't describe how hot. The pillows were pathetic if you could call them that. Best description would be "pillow slip with another pillow slip inside. No filling. Needs at least 2 more.
