“My stay was private, cozy and a great val. Will book again next time I’m in Atlanta.”
+It was private and centrally located. Easy to get from the airport and close to everything I needed.
−I didn’t like that there were no trash cans in my room. I had to dispose of my trash in the kitchen , which was right next door, but not convenient for bathroom trash etc.

“Affordable but for a reason”
+The location was good and the furnishing was adequate
−The dishes in the kitchen had dried food on them, there was no soap in our bathroom and another guest had to ask us for toilet paper, of which we only had 2 rolls. There were limited outlets in our room due to the building’s wifi router being plugged in there so we had to either unplug the lamp or charge our phones in the shared bathroom. The host asked for a deposit despite booking.com’s policy of not asking for additional payment

+The room was very nice and I loved how big the TV was. My room also included a mini fridge and bathroom. The owner was very nice and helpful.

+I really liked the host’s attention; he was always responsive and attentive. The location is very central, so we were able to get everywhere quite quickly. Having access to the kitchen and having your own refrigerator in the room (at least in my room) definitely makes the stay much better, especially for several days,I stayed for almost a week. Without a doubt, this is the best value for money in Atlanta. This is my second time visiting the city; the first time I stayed somewhere else, but I would definitely choose this place again.
−What I didn’t like is that although the place looks clean overall, it did cause me some allergies. Under the bed and the couch there was a lot of dust, and there was even an empty soda can. Also, while the bed itself is comfortable, I didn’t like the pillows, they are very small and caused me some neck pain.
