+The view from my room (a junior suite overlooking the port) was sensational. So wonderful to wake up, open the windows to such a beautiful scenery and bustle of the port. Lovely friendly staff and great roof terrace where breakfast is served with more wonderful views of the marina and Hydra. The only thing that let down this wonderful room was the bathroom - very plain in comparison to the bedroom (and price) - best described as functional. But a minor criticism - the location of the Douskos Port House is perfect and a definite recommend.

+Right on the harbour not inland. Convenient for everything. Manager Vasiliou was charming and very welcoming. He made our stay memorable. A lot of steep steps up to the accommodation

“Best stay in Hydra”
+Amazing time in this location! Vasileo the property manager is very attentive and professional. He made out stay amazing! Breakfast was delicious. The port view was beautiful to see waking up everyday from your room and from the rooftop! Located right on the strip where all restaurants and shoppings are.. Highly recommend!

“MONEY FOR NOTHING”
+Room #4 has only a window that faces a wall on 1 meter distance . Absolutely no view . Priced at euro 135 per night you can get a NO view IKEA furnitured small room with a bathroom that is not fixxed , and a nice breafast that starts at 9.00 in the morning while ALL residents were there for a sailing competition and wanted to leave at 8 o;clock .We asked to make it earlier but they forgot to inform the breafast crew . Room #5 is probably the same . Maybe other rooms are money worthy but they should price different rooms differently . One of the worst hotel choices ever made
