“Just trying to help.”
+It's a beautiful hotel and they work hard to keep it up and people comfortable!
−The door closest to parking lot was locked! I stayed Thursday night and came back for Sunday night and the door was locked All day Sunday and Thursday night was locked. It just could have been nicer if I didn't have to walk around.

+I liked how clean the place was and that they accepted my cancellation.
−The staff refused my cancellation and told me they would never accept my request. But thanks to Booking, they were able to handle it. The rep acted like I was not worth being there and could not accommodate me cause i ordered online for sept 2 and it was 3am. I don't know if it was my skin tone or how i was dressed but i will never stay at this location again.
