“Good spot for a short stay”
+Good location and well-connected but away from the hustle and bustle. Relatively spacious floorplan-wise (high ceilings and split into two half-levels) and bathroom/shower was larger than expected. PIN lock entry is great, no losing of keycards. Easy check in and out process although I had a small issue with paying online via the iPad they provide and they did not have a physical card reader (problem solved - I turned off online payments while travelling - duh!). Nice that they have provided some snacks and some instant corn soup in the lobby which was nice on a cold(ish) rainy night.
−Very narrow corridors in the room and outside the elevator made it hard to move around, room door is literally 1m from elevator door. In my room there were some haphazardly designed steps that meet in a three-way junction and feels very dangerous if you are not careful you might miss a step and trip. Not great for young kids or seniors (or drunks!). The open bedroom "downstairs" have a very low ceiling, so lots of crawling about.

“Lovely space, quiet neighbourhood, everything you need (if you’re not a tree)”
+I loved one of the staff members - she told us a bit about her 2 year working holiday to Australia and it really warmed our hearts. We should’ve exchanged details in case she visited Sydney in the future! If the staff see this please pass on our regards and tell her to get in touch! I loved the use of the space! It really fits nicely with how we wanted to use it. I’m just cautious to give it a full 5 stars because anyone over 170cm might have a hard time navigating
−Honestly the only thing was the stairs. After injuring my ankle at a climbing gym it was a little difficult to navigate inside the room.

“Quieter location and easy to get where you want to go”

“Perfect central accomodation”
+The property was very nice! Perfect to get around the city without big hassles as the accomodation is near a subway station! The staff was really nice and they even provide umbrellas to borrow which was helpful as our stay was within the 37 days straight rain period 😭 other than that the rooms were really nice with a washing Maschine provided and detergent available at the front desk (1st one was free every additional one was a steal with costs 100yen!)
−The rooms are quite a bit smaller than the pictures suggest, however there was still enough space to manage the luggage and all. The beds were just mattresses on the ground and the couch, however they were still comfortable! The subway station is about a 10 minute walk which wasn’t a problem!

“安く済んで助かった🥰”
+安い！泊まった時は1泊1人五千円くらいだったのでそれで旅行できるのはめっちゃいい。スタッフさんの対応が丁寧！
−部屋の中に高低差があり移動しづらい。お風呂に毛があって嫌だった。駅から少し歩きます！アメニティにくしやカミソリがない！

−Está un poco alejado del metro. Nosotros éramos 3 y si duermes en la cama de abajo mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no llega.
