“Disappointing”
+-Balcony was a pleasant surprise. -Geographic location was decent.
−-Communication from the owner wasn't pleasant. -stain was present on my pillow- it looked like blood! -Front door was difficult to lock, and the front door was left open quite late by other guests. -Bathroom was poorly ventilated, with loads of mould growing on the ceiling. -bed was awkwardly placed against the wall- a headboard could fix this? For a room in a private house the price is not worth it. Rooms in student accommodation complexes are similarly priced during the summer months and are much better value for money. I think it would be more appropriate to rent this accommodation to long-term tenants, instead of price gouging visitors for a premium on booking.com.

−Мені не могло нічого сподобатись, тому що мене було ошукано і гроші за бронювання не повернено. За день до приїзду власник надіслав мені повідомлення, що з якихось причин він не може надати житло, яке я забронювала і оплатила, тому він просить відмінити бронювання в системі. Але в правилах бронювання його житла, якщо я відміняю бронювання, то кошти мені не повернуться, тому я відповіла чого б йому просто не повернути кошти і питання вирішено. Власник продовжував наполягати, щоб я відмінила бронь, тому я подзвонила в підтримку Booking, де мене запевнили, що так, якщо б я відмінила бронь, я би втратила кошти, і що вони, служба підтримки Booking зроблять все самі і кошти буде повернено. Потім всі повідомляли, що інша сторона не відповідає, в результаті чого кошти так і не було повернуто. Тобто не тільки власник мене ошукав, але і Booking не виконав своїх зобов'язань.. Звичайно, що я терміново була змушена бронювати інше помешкання, щоб не залишитися вночі на вулиці. Листування з власником житла, як підтвердження моїх слів, відбувалося в системі Booking.

“Une adresse de routard, mieux qu'un dortoir.”
+Instructions pour le Check in communiquées via whatsapp quelques heures avant mon arrivée. Clé à récupérer dans boîte aux lettres grâce à un code à 4 chiffres. J'avais la chambre 3 au 1er étage avec petite terrasse. Toilettes cuisine et salle de bain situés au rdc. Tout comme les 2 autres chambres. Chambre très simple environ 8m2. Propreté OK, idem pour salle de bain et cuisine. Cuisine bien équipée (micro ondes, plaques au gaz, frigo, vaisselles, etc). 4 nuits dont 3 plutôt calme. Le calme dépend vraiment des autres clients. Parfois les clients rentrent après 2 heures du matin, en faisant du bruit comme en journée. C’est toujours mieux qu’un dortoir à mon avis à condition de respecter des règles de base du vivre ensemble. très bien situé dans le quartier des Liberties, à 500m à pied de la brasserie Guinness et de la cathédrale St Patrick.

−Las escaleras eran muy largas y yo tenía una maleta muy grande je pero en general el lugar súper bien centrado y a un precio genial. Recomendado si vas sin mucho equipaje.

“Accogliente: buon compromesso per posizione e prezzo.”
+Camera pulita, letto comodo, posizione ottima centrale per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Dublino.
−Troppo caldo in camera, scale per salire alla stanza molto ripide e pericolose, mancanza di appendini nel bagno e muri troppo sottili (si sentono le voci di chi sta al piano inferiore come se fossero dentro la camera )
