“Nice early autumn stay for some rest and relaxation within easy distance of Koln and Bonn. We also went to Wuppertal to”
+Lovely large 2 bed apartment. With a covered balcony. Very clean. Great to have swimming pools on site. Quiet and comfortable.
−No hand sink in the toilet cubicle. Thin towels and a few lights that didn’t always work.

+Convenient and well-situated property with lots of facilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and playgrounds)
−Elevator was broken at check-in, so we had to carry all luggage and two babies up stairs without help. The apartment was poorly cleaned, and trash from previous guests was left in the room. We asked to be cleaned and they told it is late! Reception closes at 17:00, not 18:00 as listed on Booking.com. They confirmed sauna reservation but we found it locked, and staff on duty could not speak English to help. They didn't even try! In the day of check out, the car rear window was broken in the parking area, and reception told there are no security cameras monitoring the lot.

“Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft”
