+Certainly NOT the room…so small it was claustrophobic…wondered it there was a kettle to make tea..found it in the wardrobe. The shower and toilet horrid. Shower filled up with water and took ages to run away. Toilet was so close to the wall it was terrible to use. No room. Had we not paid prior we would have left immediately. Never again would we book here….over looking the golf course was lovely and the staff ( two young man) were pleasant…our room and toilet facilities were just horrid.
−Would have been better if you mentioned how bad these rooms were ….very upset.

+The size of the room 8 was great
−The unlevel main bed. The light switch in the bathroom is worn out. The amount of noise from guests above is late at night

“Very nice!”
+Clean, tidy, warm! Good downstairs lounge area. Had dinner and breakfast there, great food and atmosphere.
−The only thing I didn’t like about this stay is that there was a cool room (for the kitchen I presume) right outside my window. The generator was loud and went the entire time.

“Dormie House is no gimme!”
+Comfy clean bed has a historic charm about it on course accommodation was very convenient staff were great in looking after our big group of thirsty golfers
−Drinks and food prices - $36 for a chicken parma, $15 for a Canadian Club was excessive- perhaps a Sunday surcharge involved but not told about it!

“Great stop over location”
+Lovely classy heritage room, freshly renovated. Very welcoming receptionist and a great restaurant.
−Room was a little bit smaller than I expected - didn't really matter because we were only there for a night. The restaurant was ultra busy so it was hard for us to find somewhere quiet to relax except in our room which barely had room for the bed.

“Not as we had hoped”
+Quirky/different
−Being woken at 6:45 by groundskeepers preparing the greens, also the golfers were just outside our bedroom. There was nowhere to hang out clothes and the bathroom had a sliding door that wasn’t well secured.
