“Not suitable for everyone”
+Near the center. Price. Communication. Bathroom. Bed
−The apartment smelled bad. There was no door to the bathroom. I requested a baby bed, but none was provided for the first night, which forced me to have the baby sleep between us,disrupting our sleep. The closet is narrow. The location is very cramped and not easily accessible by car. On the last day, I parked the rental car in front of the apartment on the narrow street to load our bags, which ended up blocking traffic.

+Very good communication from the host. Clean apartment, good location.
−In general everything was fine. It would have been nice to be informed in advance about the cameras in the apartment (in the hallway and the kitchen). We understand that it is for security reasons, but it creates a bit of a weird feeling when the camera follows your every move :) Also, having some paper towels or a simple kitchen towel would have made cleaning up after cooking a bit more convenient.

“Great place to stay for a city break.”
+Location was good. We could tell someone puts a lot of effort and is trying to make it as nice as it’s possible, you can tell it’s taken care of! When we met the host for a few minutes he seemed very nice, even with no english.
−The acoustic of the place is very poor, so we could hear everything outside our room. (Espiecially in room 3 that’s near the kitchen, so if you go there try to respect the night time;)) Wi-Fi password was correct for the router but in room 3 we were connecting to repeater that had different password which we found on repeater by ourselves. Bathroom had this moist smell because it lacked ventilation and because of that You could see some mold in the shower. Talking through cameras to check in was confusing. I’d prefer to get a detailed written information how to get to apartment, we felt a bit off knowing that someone is watching and talking through cameras (sort of Saw movie vibe 😂).

“Superb”
+The overall experiencd was flawless, the host was very welcoming and accomodated all our requests. The room was perfectly clean and had a very pleasant smell. Although the position isn't the closest to the center, it's still close enough and not far from the subway, but the best thing for me is that it lets you have a taste of Napoli alley's daily life without the chaos of the center

“Esperienza deludente, speravo meglio!”
+L'unica cosa positiva il materasso e cuscini erano veramente comodi. Posizione comoda a 5' dalla fermata Materdei della metro L1
−Stanza piccola e sporca (doccia e lavandino bagno pieni di muffa, batuffoli di polvere e capelli sotto il letto)., puzza di fogna forte che risaliva dallo scarico della doccia. il secondo giorno ci siamo trovati senza acqua calda per fare la doccia( forse perchè gli utilizzatori dell'altra stanza con cui il boiler è in condivisione l'avevano finita o forse per un guasto, anche se la mattina dopo funzionava). in più le tende oscuranti della finestra non coprivano l'intero vano della finestra e quindi filtrava tanta luce (anche di notte perche nella facciata di fronte c'è un grosso faro). PS comunque non è un B&b, in quanto non c'è nessun spazio per colazione/frighetto a disposizione.

“Dobar smještaj”
+Lijepa, uredna i čista soba. Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i sve smo se lako dogovorili s njime preko WhatsAppa.
−Kvart je okej, ali prilično star i neuredan, do obale ima oko pola sata hoda nizbrdo.

+Šeimininkas labai paslaugus: iš karto sureguodavo kai skambindavome ar parašydavom, vakare pasakėme, kad užsikimšo kriauklė ir ryte jis atvyko ją sutvarkyti. Lovos labai patogios. Vieta netriukšminga.

“Da ripetere!”
