“A comfortable, relaxing stay in an incredible historic home. We loved it!”
+What an incredible rental property! It truly was a privilege to stay in this historic space, surrounded by beautiful antiques. The private patio was so peaceful and relaxing. And the location can’t be beat - close to the train station and many key historic sites. Book it!

“a different experience staying in an old palace”
+You stay in an old palace. Quiet parking and very close to the main tourist streets, about 10 minutes at most.
−A few power outages that were quickly resolved, and the bed could be a bit better.

“You should stay here if you want something with character and a very helpful hostess !”
+It was like staying in a museum but it a good way we had a very packed agenda with hardly any spare time but i should have spend more time talking with Paola to get the full history and the refurbishment plans for the whole building even down to a family crest on the marble floor. As others have said its l like we'd travelled back in time but in a good way . The location is excellent Paola helped arrange a personal guide and also taxi journeys from the airport and to our next stop all good and on time. Paola also gave us some restaurant recommendations and we tried 3 all of which were excellent .She even tailor made the breakfast to include my husbands favourite foods.

“Fabulous!”
+I knew we were going to be staying in an old palazzo, but I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it was! The building itself is stunning and the decor (porcelain, glassware, paintings and portraits) gorgeous. It made us feel like we'd travelled back in time. The location is excellent: easy walking distance to the train station and most tourist attractions and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Paola is lovely and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations.

+We chose not to have the breakfast as we were jet lagged, but heard it is great. Poala is a wonderful host, very accommodating and friendly. The whole vibe of the home is exceptional.
−We like it all. Be aware the, like any urban location, there is some night noise. The bedroom has noise abatement windows which really helps.

“Very disappointing- no breakfast and discovering the Booking.com description is not accurate”
+The location is good and it has plenty of space. The host tried to make good the lack of breakfast but the cake she gave us was old and stale.
−Booking.com says “excellent breakfast” but there was none unless ordered beforehand and costs 20 Euros extra. The chairs are old and spectacular but they were very uncomfortable and bad for our backs. Cold flat when weather is poor.
