+The area was good, it was close to the Vatican and had a bus stop very close by. The furniture was new and the room was clean, the staff did a great job with the cleaning during our stay as well. The bathroom was good, the hairdryer one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. It had a good AC.
−Although the neighborhood was good, it was very loud. The windows did not have good enough isolation so you could hear a lot from the outside. Our room happened to be right on the staircase which everyone used, so it was also very loud. We could see all the other guests going up and down, and three out of five nights, around 12:30am something very loud was happening, i'm not sure if they were cleaning or something else, but it sounded like someone was throwing stuff down the staircase. Because of this it was more difficult for us to sleep.

−check in not smooth - difficulties with the keys (which I was blamed for....) for opening the several gate/doors

+Friendly stuff, very clean and conformable. Very good value for the cost of stay. Good location. Walking distance to Vatican. Bus stop right outside of the building.

“very kind staff and pleasant place”
+Staff very kind, they have coffee machine and some coffee and water for free =D also there is a minibar and small glass table in the room, which is very convenient! You can also use a shared micro-wave, if needed, which saved our lives! air conditioner was great, as it was hot days. calm area, with markets very close and a bus station very close, that has frequent busses passing, even during the evening.

−Obiekt wydawał się na początku dobrze po wejściu do pokoju okazało się że ogólny wygląd pomieszczenia różni się od zdjęć umieszczonych na stronie (zdrapane panele,pleśń) gdy nadszedł czas wymeldowania się nie było z nikim żadnego kontaktu dzwoniłem do domofonu oraz pukałem do drzwi aby wezwać obsługę lecz nic, dzwoniłem również na whatsapp do wszystkich podanych numerów lecz zostałem rozłączany.

+Auch wenn es nicht zentral in Rom liegt ist man mit dem Linienbus, der direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt innerhalb weniger Minuten im Zentrum. Die Pension befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus. Es gibt Duschartikel und Handtücher. Im Flur kann man einen Espresso oder Tee kochen. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Im Haus nebenbei kann man ab 6 Uhr frühstücken. Ein Kiosk ist ca. 2min entfernt.
−Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Auch wenn das Haus nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße steht, hört man Abends/Nachts ziemlich laut die Autos und Motorräder von der Straße. Das Zimmer war immer sauber, der Müll und die dreckigen Gläser standen teilweiße tagelang im Hausflur. Man hätte die auch direkt entsorgen können.
