+The apartment was fascinating and unique--artwork everywhere; high and ornately painted ceilings; an eclectic mix of modern and vintage furniture. We could have benefited from more timely instructions on how to check in; and instructions for what electric plugs to use; what switches not to touch (accidentally shut off the hot water heater); and advance notice about the old-fashioned electrical plugs (3-pin vs. newer 2-pin), for which we didn't have adapters. However, Fabio, the host, was highly responsive and great to work with.

+Amazing place, beautiful decorations, real frescoes on the ceiling, all the amenities, just an amazing place! And its on the main square in Modena, cant be positioned better!

“It’s like staying in a museum in the heart of Modena.”
+A beautiful designer chic apartment in the heart of Modena, like staying in a museum. The apartment is so well preserved and furnished, you cannot find a better place to make you feel like you are living La Bella Vita! You’re located right next to the Piazza Grande and the Duomo , with many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The host Fabio is a very nice and friendly person, always available anytime and quick to respond for any help in case of any issues or questions. We were a family with a baby and the place was super suitable for all our needs, and most importantly the building has a lift which can be rare in buildings in the historical center. It was truly a great experience and we can’t wait to come back again.

+Everything was simply excellent. We were welcomed with genuine warmth , the host received us as if we were longtime friends, always available and full of great suggestions. The location is perfect, the space is very well maintained, with generous areas and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back.

+Fabio was an amazing host. He helped get our car parked and on the walk over to the apartment, pointed out where to go and what to do. The apartment itself was stunning. So beautifully maintained and in a perfect location.

+Beautifully decorated with antiques in a perfect location. Out host Fabio is amazing and accommodating. Impossible to overstate how wonderful this apartment is. Please do not hesitate to stay longer. It is really a gem. Better than the pictures show, which is rare.

“A one of a kind Italian experience.”
+Amazing location in the centre of town (although still quite quiet and very private), super luxe apartment in design and amenities. We loved being able to look over the piazza and watch the hustle and bustle from afar. After facing many stairs in Italy, we were grateful for the lift too!
−We were a bit disappointed we weren’t able to do a load of washing as there was no powder/ liquid provided.
