“Charming hotel in central Rome”
+A cute little hotel located in the heart of Rome. The rooms were charming, good size and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we could always contact them and got a quick reply.
−There is no breakfast available but we could make coffee/tea in the room and there was a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, a fridge, dishes and a sink in the common area.

“Lovely place to stay in Prati”
+We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. There was a communal kitchen area at the property with a fridge you could keep things in also a coffee machine and microwave for guest use. The staff were excellent and gave us lots of information on the surrounding area and recommendations for restaurants. Walking distance to St Peters Basilica and Vatican. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we return to Rome.

“A great stay overall with an excellent location and welcoming staff.”
+Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
−The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the TV from the room next door.

+Great location (in a beautiful building), the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was also comfortable and the host was very friendly. Loved staying here!
−We were here during the heatwave in July and the airconditioning system did not work very well (old airconditioning machine) - it cooled down the room a bit but nog enough.
