“Great hospitality and convenient location”
+What we liked most was the kindness and service from Raffaella and her husband. They were very responsive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood also had many nearby facilities, restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transportation, which made getting around Rome quite convenient. If you are traveling from Canada or the USA, just keep in mind that the overall comfort and standards may feel a bit different from what you might expect from a hotel or from home. That said, the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts really made the stay enjoyable overall.
−What we liked less was mainly the distance from some of the main tourist attractions. Depending on traffic and connections, it could take around an hour by bus and metro to reach the Vatican and about 45 minutes or more to get to the Colosseum and other central areas. However, transportation was still manageable and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

−Gli infissi, il garage di fianco H24 , per cui le auto che facevano su e giù e l’operatore del garage che sin dalla mattina alle 6 gridava, parlava, discuteva con la gente e si sentiva perfettamente in casa.

+Просто потрясающая квартира. Оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым для проживания и даже больше. В наличии: фен, утюг, стиральная машина, капсульная кофемашина с большим количеством капсул(т.е. докупать самим их не нужно), гладильная доска, тостер и главное - кондиционер (в такую аномальную жару это спасение). Так же есть балкон (на нем есть веревки и прищепки для сушки белья). Расположение тоже хорошее, несколько остановок на автобусе до ветки С метро, рядом несколько прекрасных ресторанчиков с отличным меню по хорошим ценам. Хозяйка квартиры и её сын очень милые люди. При заселении встретили нас в квартире и все показали и рассказали + посоветовали прекрасную кондитерскую в 200 метрах от квартиры. В общем, мы с мужем остались в полном восторге от этого жилья. Искренне рекомендую 🤍
