“Exceptional location, property itself needs an easy-to-fix refresh”
+The undoubted attraction of this property is the location. It is as close as you can be to the Duomo, without being on the square itself. There is a wonderful view of the Duomo from the bedrooms. The streets behind lead into the old city, endless restaurants, cafes and shopping, and a short walk to the Uffizi and the river. It's about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. It was surprisingly quiet, with very little street noise (thankfully the Duomo bells don't go through the night). Other reviewers have mentioned steps and no lift, but it's on the second floor in an old building and I thought it was OK. I gave the property a rating of 7 (good), being a balance between 10++ location and Florence experience, and a property that was less than hoped-for. Ultimately, we are reviewing the property, not the city. It could easily be 9+ or even 10 with some simple effort from the owners.
−The property was quite basic, and really needs a refresh. The living area is very small, with just two kitchen chairs in a two-bedroom unit, and kitchen facilities and utensils are minimal. The bathroom is small, shower is OK. It really wouldn't take much cost or effort to spruce the place up and add the "feel good" factor that it currently lacks.

+The view from the terrace is outstanding. The location of the place is worth every penny. If you can book the terrace view suite, don’t even hesitate doing it.

“Excelente ubicación. Cama superincómoda”
+La ubicación excelente
−La cama muy incómoda. Había una sabana encimera y un edredón nórdico demasiado cálido. O pasas frío y pasas calor, no hay algo intermedio. La calefacción muy muy justita. El menaje muy justo.

−O terraço parecia ser privativo, porém fica fora do quarto e em um local perigoso de subir e descer.
