+A nice, simple room very convenient to the station, restaurants and ferry terminals. Nice few of the harbor. Very responsive host and the woman who prepares breakfast was very nice and accommodating.

“This place has all the things - great location! I don’t know if it was a fluke that the A/C did not work and NO hot”
+You can’t beat this location! Amazing! You can walk to bars and restaurants at night. Perfect! It has everything you need (if it works) bathroom, A/C, balcony with a beautiful view, breakfast.
−There was no free parking like it was advertised. If you say that, I literally assume there is parking there on site. You have walk very far away and it’s not even promised that you’ll get a spot. It’s just luck. There is paid parking very close by however. The room had a lot of dust and I’m allergic so when I woke up in the morning I was completely stuffy. The A/C did not work (until the very next morning) there was no hot water - couldn’t take a shower (until the very next morning). Imagine going to the beach for the day, coming back and you can’t take a shower before you go out for the night. The owner is not on location - he lives out of the city so couldn’t help. The extra bed mattress was not a mattress it was a pad. Perfect for children or a very thin adult. For a larger adult you would do better to put them mattress on the floor and sleep there because you cools feel the springs under it. Really uncomfortable.

“Beautiful room with the view”
+The room is located right in the center, in a beautiful historic building. The view from the window is absolutely stunning , you can see the port and even the ferries heading to Ponza and Ventotene. Everything was very clean and tidy, the bed linen was fresh. The host, Marco, was very kind and welcoming. He met us personally and explained everything in detail. The room itself is incredible, like a museum, with antique furniture. In the morning, we had breakfast, and a lovely lady made us coffee. It was a wonderful experience!
−The only downside is that since the street is very central, it was quite noisy at night during the weekend.

“Great location, great views, lovely hosts.”
+We had a lovely time at this place. It was easy to reach from the train station - around 5 minutes walk and was walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is really lovely and clean. We stayed in a huge room with a fantastic sea view and lots of antique furniture with high ceilings, really special. Marco the owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we would stay again definitely.
−Nothing.

“Great stay, excellent customer service”
+We stayed here one night and all was perfect! We made the booking in the very last minute, and already 10 mins after that the super friendly owner Marco came and showed our room. We had a beautiful and spacious room with a lovely seaview and small balcony. We had to leave at 7:30am next morning, but despite the early start we got some breakfast served, even though we were the only customers. Excellent customer service, grazie mille Marco!

“Loved it over all and felt at home. They were very nice.”
+The port was across the street. the location was ideal. Ocean front w/ balcony. I love the old world furniture in the room. I opened one of the cabinets and found old pictures and hand crafted items. the shower was bigger than most and was able to shave, a plus in Italy.
−Because your in the center of the city there was street noise.
