“An Amazing Stay in the Heart of Naples - Highly Recommended!”
+I had a wonderful stay at Domus Baiano and couldn't be happier with my experience. The accommodation is perfectly located in the heart of Naples, making it easy to explore the historic city centre, enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, and discover the city's unique atmosphere on foot. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The accommodation offered excellent value for money, and the location was definitely one of its biggest highlights. Having the main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation nearby made everything so convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Domus Baiano to anyone visiting Naples. If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while experiencing the authentic charm of Naples, this is an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again on my next visit! Rating: 10/10 - Excellent!

“Great! Excelent service for such money!”
+If you wish to feel real Naples - that's it. Just a couple of steps from old streets. Old building. But the rooms and facilities are modern. Furniture is new, bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Hot shower and soft bed is just you need after all day walking.
−May be it'll be difficult for tired elderly people to climb to the fifth floor with high steps. May be the sound of departuring planes and neighbours' shouting will annoy you in the evening and in the morning. The next what suprised me - is mosquitoes... we should be honest - the host warned us, but we didn't take it seriously - it was the beginning of November. They really were there, they were invisible and their bites painful. Be ready. And one more thing is regarding the kitchen: it is equipped well, really well, but IMHO I'd put there an electric kettle.

“Super séjour !!”
+L emplacement était très pratique, aussi bien pour rejoindre la gare , le métro où pour aller dans les rues animées du centre historique à seulement 3 minutes à pied. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. L appartement était propre et la cuisine suffisamment grande pour etre partagée. Vraiment très bien comme appartement.
−Petit probleme pour ouvrir la porte à K arrivee mais ça a été vite réglé .

−Die Unterkunft war dreckig, das Bad und die Küche ekelig und von mehreren Zimmern geteilt (Duschmatten versifft auf dem Boden und nie ausgewechselt usw.). Die Klimaanlage kostet PRO Nacht 15-20€ mehr OHNE dass man die Fernbedienung dafür hat. Wir waren im September da und es hatte 34° und es war unaushaltbar. Dann musste man eine Deposit von 50€ bezahlen die wir bis jetzt (8 Wochen später) immer noch nicht erhalten haben. Wir sind in Kontakt mit der Vermiterin getreten und sie weigert sich uns das Geld zurück zu zahlen. Wir haben das Zimmer natürlich sauber und ordnungsgemäß verlassen, aber unseren Versuch sie zu kontaktieren hat sie mich blockiert. Nie wieder! scammer!

+El establecimiento está bien situado y sobre todo limpio y muy bien equipado. Han dado facilidades e información para hacer la experiencia del visitante más sencilla en la ciudad y son constantes en la resolución de dudas. Muy satisfecha con la relación calidad precio.
−Por desgracia, no han sido muy profesionales con la gestión de ciertos pagos. Aunque finalmente se ha resuelto según lo pactado, genera una sensación de inseguridad en el cliente y enturbia la experiencia. Mi puntuación general hubiese sido más alta de no ser así.
