“Avoid”
+The location was good. Not far from Università metro line. Good cafe options for breakfast nearby. Free WiFi was good, plus the TV had Netflix I didn't realise that the bed would be re-made every day. I quite appreciated that.
−I contacted the property a few times leading up to the stay to get instructions for check in. I was told i would get these the day before, but I didn't get anything until after I had landed in Italy, as such I was worried I'd get there with nowhere to stay. I searched for different options on here for back-up. When I did get there the host showed me my room and left. It was polite but brief. No payment had yet been taken so I sent a WhatsApp message to ask about leaving luggage after check-out and how to pay. She responded to say I could leave my bag in the hallway, but nothing about taking payment. On first inspection the room looked simple, but pretty. There was a fridge in the room, as well as a broken fridge by the door. Not great. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress was hard and lumpy. The curtain wouldn't close and there was a lamp outside that lit up that part of the room all night. The shower wasn't fantastic, and on the first morning I slipped and scraped my foot on the broken drain cover. Whilst the property looked clean, I don't think the floor was mopped in a while because 5 minutes after I got out of the shower my feet were filthy. The walls were thin

+Good location, quiet. Great instructions by Ivana. Room set up well.
−Not a problem for us but be mindful there is a flight of stairs and tiny elevator, but easy to use.

“Tolle Unterkunft in genialer Lage”
