“Terrible management and on a busy road”
+Close to town centre. That's all.
−Booked a deluxe room with balcony, got the complete opposite. Apparently there was a booking system fault. Bad enough that we were given a room facing a busy and noisy street, but there was no extra bed like the description said. Instead they charged extra for unfolding a sofa. The elderly host was arrogant and gave my daughter a disgusted look for not wanting to sleep in a cot, but in a sofa bed. When it came to breakfast, initially they tried the bill us even though we had booked a room with breakfast included. One other thing that was really inconvenient is the separate toilet from the shower and vanity. The toilet has a door facing the bed. You need to walk around the bed and to the hallway to access the shower and vanity. Really strange setup. Really disappointed with the whole experience and we will never be staying there again.
