“So cosy and comfortable staying.”
+The in-room breakfast is excellent, with three cereal options, ham, cheese, and milk (stored in the small fridge). You can sit at a small table and look out the window at the beautiful garden. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

“A lovely place to stay with excellent facilities really pleased I found this place”
+A great stay at this wonderful home with all the facilities you need and more . A friendly and welcoming host , with the room beautifully decorated and furnished. Great to be able to have breakfast in the room at the time to suit yourself looking out on the garden. Absolutely can recommend this to anyone and I would return in the future.

“Cozy and comfortable old victorian house stay”
+From our initial welcome, the host (Margita) was very friendly and very helpful to make our stay comfortable; giving us good advice on the area, things to do and places to visit and local eateries. The room was well furnished with a boutique vicotrian style of its own; giving a cozy and comfortable quiet vibe. Bathroom was clean, modern and very spacious; well equiped for short and long stays. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and definately worth the price. Excellent for a staycation or just visiting the area. Margita is a very friendly and helpful host, making you feel like part of the family and was a great pleasure getting to know her and the history of the area.

+Location was perfect, I was travelling to do a 3 day event at Llanbedr Airfield You can’t get any closer than this ! Room was huge really spacious and an equally large bathroom. The hospitality level was top notch and way more was provided than expected Plenty of towels, a fridge in the room, a large well made bed , a small dining table with 3 chairs , lots of available sockets , a kettle complete with plenty of tea and coffee options, on the other side a coffee maker , a huge bowl of fruit including apples , bananas, pears and tangerines , and a glass cupboard full of cutlery, plates cups everything you need! Very welcoming family and a super cool dog! Was a great experience, and will be staying again for sure

“Beautiful welcoming and peaceful experience”
+Firstly the host was very friendly we felt like we were a part of the family. The host and the family is very kind and very helpful we will definitely come back and we highly recommend it. The house and garden is very beautiful and the dog is very well behaved and calm and friendly. There is many things to do around the area like going to the beach and the petting farm.

“Nice comfortable stay”
+Breakfast was cereal and toast made in the room. There was a fridge with cereal and milk supplied There is a cafe around Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Handy for local pubs/restaurants and bus stop very close
−There was no tv or radio in the room but there is a tv lounge downstairs. Car park is essential due to area, however there is a sharp narrow turning to be aware of.
