+View from terrace is really great. The rabbits are cute, with good luck you can see newborn ones. The owner is very friendly, everything ok

−All good, but the sound isolation between rooms could be better :)

“The owner is really nice, but the location needs improvements - creaking floors, thin walls...”
+The owner was really nice and understanding, the room was ready earlier (as per our request) and he was kind enough to agree to a late check out - as our train was rather late.
−The floors made a lot of noise The walls were paper thin (the owner had the room next to ours, and we could hear all his phone conversations, in detail), any noise could be heard easily There was no heat in the bathroom - very very cold at night - the room was brilliantly warm, but the bathroom was cold The bed made a lot of noise and - at least to me - was uncomfortable

“Good view from the balcony, pet friendly.”
+Good location, the view from the big open balcony was amazing. The host is very friendly and welcoming, speaks very good English and gave us information how to get to Sinaia and around and quite knowledgeable about the area. We appreciate his help. There is good WiFi, a good coffee machine Nespresso Vertuo. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. There a few cute rabbits in the back yard,
−The cleaning needs to be improved more. Especially the stairs and the bathrooms. Unfortunately the floors and beds are quite creaky.

“Disappointing”
−The accommodation is not very tidy. Needs cleaning. There is a smell of cigarettes upon entering, and an unpleasant smell from the drain in the room. The room is in the attic and since there is no air conditioning, it is very hot.

“Very good”
+The room is well located in a quiet part of Azuga, near the train station but still walkable into the busier parts. The room was spacious and communication with the host was easy. The communal areas are welcoming and the view from the terrace is wonderful (the terrace is still under development). Our host was engaging and even made us a dessert when we were staying, which we appreciated. The bunnies are sweet and live outside - you can visit them via the terrace if you wish. The host is very encouraging of people feeling free to use the space as they wish.
−The space could be a little bit cleaner although it was perfectly ok as it was. It is worth noting that in one room the shower is quite compact which could be a challenge if you have a larger frame.
