+Staff were very friendly. Hotel lobby and bar area looks very nice .
−Spa was disappointing , jacuzzi was not working , filter problem , steam room wasn't hot and didn't get hot in the 1 1/2 hours we were in there and the sauna was cold at first but took 45 mins to heat up , everywhere needs refurbishment ,pain peeling off the ceiling ,sauna falling apart not good for a 4* hotel . Shower area was not clean in the rooms as well . We booked the hotel especially to use the spa facilities and it was very disappointing , would not recommend as the hotel needs refurbishment.

“Lovely premiere accommodation”
+The staff was incredibly amazing. Once they found out we had tours scheduled very early before breakfast was open, they informed me that they would have a take away one made up for us at the front desk on our way out to the tour. They were very accommodating and hospitable.

“A mixture of good and bad experiences but overall more positive”
+The staff was very welcoming and respectful, the food is pretty decent aswell we tried there vegetarian pizza was actually really good.
−Spa facilities were adequate, yet the pool and jacuzzi seemed poorly maintained over time. We experienced a water blockage in the room; it was resolved promptly but caused us to lose a reservation elsewhere, and no compensation was offered for the disruption.

“I'm sure I'll be back sometime...”
+Perfect hotel and spa, the room was big and comfortable, with big bathroom and balcony. The view from the balcony was good to the mountains. Very good transportation from the street of the hotel to everywhere. The service was excellent and very helpful. I recommend with kids too.
−The TV at the room was a little bit small, and not enough channels.

+A szállás teljes mértékben hozta a képeken lévőt.
