+Good location. Near the market and public transportation.
−Lack of usable desk in the room. Electrical outlet on the wall to plug in laptop is positioned behind the refrigerator.

“A clean, quiet, comfortable room in a hotel near downtown, transportation, and convenience stores”
+I liked the hotel and staff so much I stayed at the hotel again. The room was clean and spacious. In the room, there are many things including a big screen TV that has many channels and Netflix, an air con, a quiet fridge, an air humifier, and blackout curtains, as well as windows that keep the room quiet. The bathroom is also big and clean, featuring a shower with good pressure and plenty of warm water. The bed is also comfortable. The hotel is located close to downtown and has convenience stores and supermarkets minutes away on foot, as well as bus stops and a subway. In the hotel lobby, there are two large fridges with free bottles of water, cider, etc. There is also a microwave, eating utensils, a coffee machine, extra towels and toilet paper. Lastly, the staffe and hotel owner are very kind and considerate, for instance, the owner gladly accommodated me when I asked for a room on a high floor and he always greeted me with a smile.
−Nothing. I enjoyed my stays at this hotel and would stay again in the future.

“Solid budget hotel!”
+The hotel has got a good location near the metro station Namgwanju and easy to find. The room was little but with everything you need. The staff was very friendly even with their little english. This is a budget hotel so you cannot expect anything fancy but for sure a solid value for the money you pay.

“Aangenaam verblijf in een schoon hotel.”
+We hadden dit deel van de stad gekozen en daar paste dit hotel prima. De badkamer was mooi en ruim. De kamer netjes. We konden de auto binnen parkeren.
−De branddeuren op iedere verdieping werden open gehouden door wasgoed en er waren andere zaken opgeslagen op de overloop van de brandtrap. Ook lag daar brandbare of smeltbare oude niet schone vloerbedekking. Niet handig als er brand uitbreekt.
