+Dear Booking.com Customer Care, I am writing to report issues with my current stay at District (Reservation Number: 5222010561. Unfortunately, the conditions of the property are not as expected and do not meet the cleanliness standards advertised. The main problems are as follows: The bathroom was not clean, especially the tiles and floor. The overall floor in the property was not properly cleaned. The kitchen, while large, is very poorly ventilated. When people were cooking, there was no air circulation, making it uncomfortable. It appears the cleaning is not done adequately , for example, its like the floors are washed with only one bucket of water for the whole property, which is not hygienic. I raised these concerns with the host. Their response was that the apartment is shared, that cleaning is only done in the morning, and that other guests may make it dirty again. They offered me a full refund if I cancel and leave immediately. However, I need a place to stay and cannot cancel my booking. Given the poor conditions, I believe a partial refund is a fair resolution while I remain in the property. I also want to make sure future guests are not misled by the standards presented i

“Location is convenient but there is a lot of improvement to be done on the property.”
+The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, there was something broken in the bed. I personally don’t like the thing of the padlock for a room. All you need to do is change the doors and have proper keys. The outside door to the property could not be opened from the inside and we spent a night with an open door for the guests to be able to walk in or out.I think it’s very unsafe and this should be actioned immediately. Only one key out of three guests was working.
