+Great location, great price, incredibly kind hosts! There are spacious communal areas for guests (indoor and outdoor), a shared kitchen (shared among the guest rooms but separate from the hosts' own kitchen, so you don't feel that you're in the way), and a spacious shared bathroom with great hot water and strong water pressure. Rooms are very comfortable too. Really enjoyed our stay!

“Great budget option in Mestia”
+Basic room, but a very good budget option in Mestia. Around 10-15 minutes walk from the Seti Square. The owner allowed me to leave my luggage in the property free of charge for my 4 days trek to Ushguli, which was absolutely amazing!
−I found it somewhat difficult to find based on just the maps alone and I was unable to contact the owner via WhatsApp.

+A bit out of the centre of Mestia, but nothing is too far away. We were comfortable and the guesthouse had all the facilities you could want. Hosts were friendly and helpful, we arrived one day early and they had a room for us. They also let us leave our bags while we trekked to Ushguli. We liked Disney so much we even stayed a couple more nights. You won't regret staying here!
−There is only one bathroom, so if the guesthouse is full this can take some coordination

“Nice place to stay in Mestia”
+Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and cozy. You can also do free laundry. WiFi was fast as well. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge, stove, and utensils, where you could prepare meals.

“Fabulous stay”
+Very clean, the bedrooms were cosy, a good size kitchen and lounge with dining table and a big fridge. Heaters in the bathroom and lounge when it got colder. The hosts were also very accommodating when I extended my stay a few times because of the weather.
−The location is a little bit away from the main square, but only a short walk.

+L'étage de la maison est reservé à la guest house, ce qui est très pratique pour échanger avec d'autres voyageurs. Un lave linge est disponible pour 5Lari. Globalement les propriétaires ne sont pas du tout intrusifs (surement la barrière de la langue). On avait la plus petite chambre qui était suffisante pour 4 jours sur place. Comme indiqué dans un autre commentaire, un porte manteau ou une petite étagère aurait été pratique. Il y a du chauffage a l'etage et dans la salle de bain ce qui etait très appréciable. La cuisine est pratique mais il est impossible de regler la puissance des plaques (un bouton on/off) donc pratique si on veut faire des plats pas trop élaboré. Rapport qualité imbatable à Mestia. Bon emplacement à 10min des bus.
