−Very disappointing stay - hidden fees and unacceptable cleanliness Unfortunately, our stay in Rome was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected. First, we were charged an extra check-in fee that was not clearly informed to us before making the reservation on Booking.com. Additional charges should be clearly disclosed before booking, not presented afterward as a surprise. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness and condition of the property. The place was dirty and had a horrible, strange smell. The bathroom was particularly unacceptable , it was dirty and there was even feces left in the toilet. The smell throughout the place was disgusting and made the stay very uncomfortable. We also requested a receipt, including through Booking.com, but we were not provided with one. Considering the price, this experience was simply not worth it. There are plenty of other accommodations in Rome that cost only €20-30 more, but appear much cleaner, have significantly better ratings, and do not surprise guests with additional hidden fees. +La ubicación creo que es lo que más se destaca acá, básicamente perfecta. Las personas que nos atendieron mega amables y muy cordiales, La cama muy cómoda y las ventanas (muy importante) aislaban todo el ruido.
−Básicamente cuando llegas a la habitación te sorprende un poco que sea pequeña y lo ves como algo malo, pero te terminas dando cuenta que no es nada porque literal estás todo el día afuera y solo necesitas la habitación para descansar y eso lo cumple muy bien, yo al final no lo vi nada malo

−Las fotografías dan la impresión de un espacio más grande. El baño tenía rota la tapa del wc, lo informé de inmediato y no hubo cambio. Los muebles estaban deteriorados. No nos gustó el lugar.

+Чисто, працівник готелю постійно пропонував прибирання і змінити рушники, тихо, комфортне ліжко, гарне розташування, дуже близько Ватикан, є кафе і магазини, недалеко станція метро.
−Кімната на фото виглядала просторішою, насправді маленька, але це не страшно. Я б порекомендувала додати трохи якогось посуду на кухні. Ми купили фрукти і навіть не мали куди їх покласти і чим порізати.
