“Super location for the places we planned to visit.”
+Super location for the places we planned to visit, and there are a number of good restaurants in close proximity.
−The breakfast options were basic packaged items.

“Great facility and wonderful staff. Need car or taxis to get around. Not so walkable.”
+The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The owner/manager Maximo could not have been more helpful. He helped in ways that went above and beyond and was always available and cheerful by phone. He provided excellent advice about sights, taxis, and restaurants, etc. Room and bathroom were large and clean.
−Although the location had lovely views and was technically in Ferrazano, it was not really walkable. However, the old city of Ferrazanno does not have many places to stay or eat. You can walk but the hills may be challenging. Mostly you need a car or are dependent on taxis (available and not too expensive) or a car from this location.

“Quaint, not much breakfast”
+There is an available living room and balcony which we enjoyed. The air conditioning was good.
−They were out of coffee for breakfast and there was no fruit - we also ran out of milk for our cereal.

+OTTIMA POSIZIONE, VICINA A CAMPOBASSO ED IN LOCALITA' CON BEI PARCHI ED UNA BELLISSIMA PASSEGGIATA. APPREZZATA ANCHE LA VICINANZA AL PAESE DI FERRAZZANO, UNA VERA PERLA COLLOCATA IN ALTO CON UN PANORAMA SPETTACOLARE

“Un'oasi di pace. Silenzio e frescura.
