“Wouldn't return (uncomfortable beds & rude manager)”
+Great location and breakfast. The chefs and housekeeping are wonderful and kind! Clean except found mold in shower.
−Extremely rude host & uncomfortable beds. I wish we had sorted by lowest reviews before choosing to stay here, and I’d see how unaccommodating and defensive their responses are in review replies. This is exactly how we were treated in person - with no hospitality - just dismissiveness. Unfortunately, I experienced this firsthand after staying 4 nights. Negatives: the general manager, Alessandra, was unwelcoming, as if we were a burden. We needed extra pillows and blankets as I am pregnant and she said there were none. None! She didn't even try to look. Later we found housekeeping and they happily provided us with some. When we first checked in, we asked for help moving a restaurant reservation to another night. Alessandra told me I could call them myself - to which I said I would happily do, but since there aren't any phones in the room and we have a US phone plan, could she help? She then replied the restaurant is always booked, they wouldn’t have room to change the night. I asked if she could call anyway, and lo and behold she was able to change the dinner reservation for us. We asked for recommendations and she told us to walk to the tourism office!!! “The best!!”
+It was so beautiful. The whole hotel is gorgeous. So stylish and serene. Bedrooms are stunning. Breakfast is gorgeous in the courtyard. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

“A magnificent stay in Noto”
+Dimora Santagatha is a beautifully appointed and well run property. It is well located and very comfortable. The courtyard space was gorgeous for relaxing, the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was cooked for each person and included fruit and pastries. The staff were lovely and the manager Alessandra was so helpful in recommending and organizing dining and travel. Would highly recommend.
+Beautifully designed chic property! Very new and has a gorgeous patio for breakfast or drinks. The breakfast had lots of choices and was of high quality. The bedroom was verge larva and had a beautiful bathroom.

“The perfect getaway in the heart of Noto”
+The true meaning of local hospitality. Dimora Santagatha embodies the simple beautiful of Noto. I loved the clean design, the easy flow of the interiors and the overall calm feeling this hotel gives you. Our room size was great, and the bed was very comfy as well. The breakfast is simple yet wonderful, and the hotel is managed by the most friendly, pleasant and professional team. A big thank you to Allesandra, who consciously takes care of every little detail. Another big thank you to both Tanya and Allesandra from the kitchen ❤️ We will definitely be back in the near future.

+Ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno a Dimora Santagatha. Alessandra ed il preparatissimo Staff ci hanno accolti con grande cordialità, rendendo il nostro soggiorno a Noto ancora più indimenticabile. La colazione era superba, prodotti 100% locali e fatti in casa dalle cordialissime Tania e Alessandra. Non vediamo l’ora di soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura!
