“Fabulous room in a great location.”
+Great location and easy to find. Room was huge and very clean. Large comfy bed and big bathroom. Location was fab and right in the Sassi. Host was extremely helpful providing a map and recommendations for restaurants. I would highly recommend.

+A fantastic location with a wonderful view. The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a minibar stocked with water, juice and a small bottle of Prosecco. The mattress was a bit too soft for us which slightly affected our sleep, but it wasn't a major issue. The host was very kind and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. I highly recommend this accommodation!

“Best view and location”
+One of the best location right in heart of Sassi and the best view i’ve ever seen! From the balcony you can see as hills with caves as ancient Matera’s district Sassi. Authentic property. Absolutely amazing.

+Everything was perfect! The location was fantastic, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The house was spotless and very well-equipped, and the host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. We were even welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
−The only small suggestion would be to provide a few tea bags alongside the coffee. Other than that, everything was excellent.

“Perfect location to visit Matera”
+Everything the view is outstanding day and night. Lovely spacious room with very comfy king size bed and breakfast facilities. Angelo very helpful, if coming by car let them know when contacted about checking time and details of parking will be sent. Short walk from Piazzo Dorma which is accessible by car but car cannot be parked there. Highly recommend this as a location for visiting Matera.

+The view and location is amazing. Bed is comfortable. Room is very large.
−The room doesnt have a terrace it is more like a shared balcony when you can hardly place chairs. Didnt have an air-con (we could only see a thermostat with a sign: Do not touch!) and it was actually quite warm in the room. Shower is really small.

“Amazing location, spacious and clean room, and an unforgettable view”
+The hotel’s location is amazing, and the room was spacious and clean. The owner’s relative doesn’t speak much English, but he has such a fantastic personality and was incredibly kind and welcoming ❤️ The view from the hotel window was simply unforgettable!
