“Perfect location, spotless room and an extraordinary rooftop terrace”
+Dimora Pietrabianca is a beautiful boutique stay with a perfect location in the heart of Monopoli. Even though the room is small, it is modern, spotless and fully equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The panoramic rooftop terrace is extraordinary, ideal for relaxing at sunset. Communication with the host is excellent, check‑in is easy, and the overall experience is one I would highly recommend.

“Center of town and walking distance to many places”
+Center of town, walking distance from many shops and restaurants
−Not convenient for someone arriving late at night as the place is not staffed 24/7 or no smart locks for late arrival. We had to pay a surcharge for arriving late at night.

“Amazing”
+Everything was squeaky, clean and perfect attention to detail. I appreciated the coffee machine with pods and snacks and full mini fridge and cosmetic essentials. 10/10

+The suite was a good size and, fortunately, it had both an iron and a hairdryer. The view from our room was directly onto the neighbouring building, so there wasn’t really a view to enjoy. Overall, the room was clean. The air conditioning worked very well, and despite being located in the Old Town, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.

“Relaxing, clean, quiet and safe, but very close to the main square of the old town 'centro storico'”
+Beautiful central location in the historic centre of Monopoli. Very close to restaurants and the main square, but amazingly quiet and a real opportunity to live the way the locals live. We were on the second floor of a 4 storey building and there is an amazing roof terrace which we used a lot at night to cool off before bed. The apartment was clean containing everything you needed for a week's stay which was the length of time we stayed for. Cleaners came every day and the management company stayed in regular contact with us to make sure we were happy and had all we needed. This is an historic building with a beautiful entrance hall (which contains the lift) but the apartment felt modern with excellent air conditioning. All-in-all an excellent base for the second-half of our Italian holiday (we were in Verona for the first week) and our third visit to Monopoli.

“Not worth the money! Tiny little room .”

−I asked ahead of time if we could leave our luggage before 3pm check-in. We were told yes. But then we were told they were closed til 3 so that couldn't happen. I had no idea when I got to the property there wouldn't be an office or desk or person to meet us. Important info for guest to know. We entered the bldg when someone else was going in with the intent to speak to someone. Nope. Cleaning people were in the room and informed us, we thought we might be able to stay inside til check-in since it was 103° outside, we just walked a very long way with 4 luggage. The person told us we had to leave the property immediately. She apologized profusely. So we sat for 2.5 hours in the sweltering heat outside on a tiny curb. Nice! Then we learned GPS doesn't work so good for walking here. It was taking me in circles. I texted the mgmt office and told them I was struggling to find the place. She sends me a pin location which didnt help at all. Finally I get there after walking for 35 mins. No joke. The girl was like 12 years old and had no compassion or understanding of our difficulty. “Pleasant with a few issues that were not addressed.”
+Great location, clean and plenty of space for 2 people. They cleaned the room every day.
−The photos would suggest a window view along the street but this was not the case. No hand soap provided so we had to ask. They advertise a safe deposit box but they had lost the keys and said all the rooms didn’t have working safe deposit boxes. We advised that the plug to the basin in the bathroom was faulty and this was not sorted. To compensate for some issues we asked for a later check out but this was categorically denied without any consideration. Not sure we would book again if honest.
