+The apartment is spotless! The host is excellent and responds quickly to all questions. There is enough free parking next to the building, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The apartment is new, modern, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare meals. It is located on the third or fourth floor. The central train station is just a five-minute walk away, while the city centre is around 20-25 minutes on foot. Highly recommended if you are staying in this part of Bari. Excellent apartment and great overall experience!

“Perfect place, perfect location”
+The location was perfect, near the station, from wear you can go anywhere. There were cafes, bakeries restaurants and supermarlet near. The apartment was in a new builing, newly renovated, clean and nice. The re were everything for comfort. 2 seperate rooms, coffee machine... Easy to check-in and Check-out. The host Giovanni was very nice. Thanks.

+The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. We liked the location (~600m to the Bari Centrale train station and Lidl). It was also within walking distance to the city center. I highly recommend choosing it as a place to stay not only to visit Bari, but also nearby towns, like Polignano a Mare in particular and others - we almost gave it up and we would've really regretted not seeing them. Also, do not skip Bari! We liked the town and Pane e Pomodoro Beach. Also, I was skeptical because I saw some opinion about this apartment being shared (?) and I wasn't sure how it would look like. So, to clarify - I think someone meant it was one apartment that had been divided into two, so there's a shared main door, but you get a separate key and door to your apartment, so it all felt safe and wasn't shared at all :) (although you could hear the other guests sometimes)
−It could be better if there were little things like tea (or more coffee was provided), olive oil, salt/sugar/pepper - I feel like everything was 'just enough' to survive but nothing more. It would feel nicer if there were some little things that aren't that expensive for the host.

+We had everything we needed, even a busstop nearby to get to the old town. Cosy and modern apartment. Host was great, too!

“Appartement tres propre, proche du centre”
+À 10 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre de Bari 20 minutes. Logement très propre et bien équipé.
−Rien à redire, c’était parfait pour une nuit ! Le plus dur a été de trouver la fameuse statue qui sert de repère dans les explications !

“Logement correct mais sans balcon”

−Pas de balcon alors que c’était indiqué dans le descriptif du logement. De plus, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc les étages peuvent être difficile si vous avez de nombreux bagages à porter.

“Déçu de ne pas avoir eu notre logement propre à l'arrivée.”
−Malheureusement, nous sommes arrivés dans un logement qui n'était pas nettoyé. Le gérant nous a informés que la femme de ménage avait eu un accident. N'est-il pas son rôle de vérifier que tout soit en ordre avant notre arrivée ? Les précédents visiteurs avaient refait les lits, nous n'avons donc pas vu directement que le logement n'était pas conforme, mais après avoir vu des crasses dans les poubelles et les essuies sales alors qu'on s'était déjà reposés sur le lit une heure, j'ai contacté le gérant. Quelqu'un est venu nettoyer par la suite, mais cela n'est pas normal et me dégoûte. Nous n'avons même pas eu de geste commercial pour le désagrément, ce que je trouve bien triste car nous avons payé pour un logement propre et ça n'était pas le cas. Il faut noter que le bien est situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur et dans une cité. On était assez étonnés de l'environnement à l'arrivée.
