“Exceptional BB - amazing hospitality, excellent location in heart of historic OLD Naples and easy convenient access to M”
+Excellent central location in the heart of “ OLD Naples” UNESCO world heritage site- yet quiet tucked inside inner courtyard away from hustle bustle noise of motorcycles/ traffic and Naples . Restful comfortable rooms with breakfast delivered daily to room ; fast easy communication service with host - arranged early and late check in check out and taxi access to late flight airport . Antique quaint lift elevator ( Heritage building charm) required 50 cent euro provided by B&B 😉. We stayed 3 times here because we appreciated the quiet clean rooms and excellent hospitality and easy access to the metro . Don’t drag your suitcase from the train station - take the clean easy access metro direct to Museo stop and walk 6 minutes here . Definitely 💯 recommend Villa Arti
−We loved everything ; the quaint small heritage elevator loft is part of the historic charm of staying in a quiet private inner courtyard building; away from the noise

“Easy and chilled place to stay in Naples!”
+Great location, basic but clean rooms and mainly Serena was so helpful all the time before and uring our stay. A great find in Naples!
−Not a dislike at all but just advice that it is two floors up and you will need to use the stairs or have 50 cents for the loft. The hotel provide the loft tokens though when you arrive with cases which is a great touch!

“Good location,”
+The location was great, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. No noise from the street at night which was a bonus. The room was large with a lot of natural light. The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice experience. We only stayed one night and it served its purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful.
−The space was generally clean but it was not well maintained. The walls in our room had so many marks and scratches, it just looked unkept, curtains looked like they needed to be washed etc. Bed was not very comfortable but it was for one night so we managed. Water pressure was good but the bathroom was small for the size of the bedroom.

“Perfect if you want to explore the center of Napoli.”
+It's a beautiful place, with all the things you need. Very clean, very central from historic and cultural places in Napoli. The communication was amazing, cheers for Gaia, she talk to me before the staying to be sure that everything was ok with my reservation.
−Everything was perfect. The only thing it's that I regret not staying one or two more nights in the hotel.

+Serena veľmi milá a nápomocná.Izba priestranná a hlavne veľmi tichá.Nepočut nič z ulice.Blízko je metro.Raňajky sme mali formou Room servise ,mohli sme si vybrať ktorú hodinu nám budú naservírovane.
−Trochu nás zastrašili centrálne vchodové staré dvere.Ked chcete používať výťah, platí sa 0,50 centov .Chýbali nám zubné kefky a šľapky .A kávovar v izbe nebol vyčistený .Vankúše nepohodlné
