“Charming host of very pretty atmospheric room in central location”
+Umberto, our host, was very charming and he helped us with our bags upstairs. The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We loved the balcony over the street.
−We would suggest adding two plates to the room and perhaps putting the fridge in a less central position. It dominates the room. But these are small points. It is a very pretty room.

“Not happy - put a real damper on my short time in this wonderful city.”
+The property was beautiful and well situated. Everything was great except for the fact that we had no running water for the entire stay (we checked in at noon on Friday and there was no running water from 1p.m. Friday until Monday morning before we checked out; we were able to shower before we left). Imagine doing your business and not being able to flush toilet; very unbearable to sleep in a room with sewer-like stench. Owner was nice, however not proactive about the situation; we basically had to chase him, so our touring time was limited/wasted. We had to suggest to him what to do to rectify an unliveable situation. We had to ask for jugs of water to flush toilet, cleanser to clean toilet ourselves because we could not get rid of sewer stench, drinking water, and ultimately we asked if we could be put up somewhere else, since the situation was not being resolved. We had to repeatedly reach out to him, even though we asked him to let us know what was going on because we were not in our room all day, we were trying to sightsee and organize our excursions. The point is he was unable to put us up elsewhere(or maybe he just did not want to), we had to keep reaching out to him to ask
−Everything was great in terms of property, except the owner did not take responsibility when it was clearly his duty to do so in such an inhumane living situation.

“Perfect stay”
+The location is perfect. The room was really spacious and cozy. Very clean and comfortable. Umberto was very welcoming and gave us everything we needed. Absolutely recommend it! :)

“Nagyon szuper!”
+Mindenhez közel található. Az óváros csendesebb utcájában. Nagyon tiszta és jól felszerelt. Kényelmes ágy, működő klíma. Pici hűtőszekrény és ereklye is van. A szállásadó korrekt és gyorsan érkezik a kulccsal.

+Wszystko było bardzo dobrze. Bardzo miły i pomocny Właściciel, widać, że dba o obiekt i stara się aby gosciom niczego nie brakowało. Niesamowita uprzejmość i zainteresowanie. Mieliśmy nawet zapewniony transport na lotnisku w bardzo wczesnej porze. W połowie tygodniowego pobytu mieliśmy wymienioną pościel i posprzatany pokój. Wszystko bardzo czyste. Wspaniała lokalizacja w środku starego miasta, niesamowity klimat.
