“Charming well run hotel offering excellent breakfast and on-site restaurant close to the centre of Centro storico.”
+The property was well located close to the old town. Charming rooms and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant at the hotel very popular and excellent. Breakfasts were exceptional with lots of high quality menus options and great espresso coffee.
−The hotel is an old building and rooms accessed by tight stairs so a little difficult to wrestle suitcases up to your room. It is located on a busy enough road but with direct access to the centre of Centro storico!

“Pleasant stay. Not a hotel!”
+The location was excellent. The property is very old but beautifully kept and the shabby/chic interior design was most appealing. It was quiet and very clean.
−Our room was on the top floor, but we weren't informed of the 54 stone steps to get there. It being an old historic property, there was no lift. This didn't bother us, but this aspect shold be mentioned in the information given. The property is not a hotel as such. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and that day the restaurant was closed. There was no reception area and no communal space where one could sit and have a drink or chat. Access information was given via Whatsapp. The room had no tea/coffee making facilities and as the retaurant downstairs was closed, one couldn't get ice, either. The property is primarily a well-known restaurant with rooms that offer accommodation. Our room had a rain shower which was rather ineffectual. However, there was a hand shower.

“Wonderful week in Trapani”
+Literally everything! This was our third stay at Dimora Botteghelle, and it keeps getting better. The location is great, the facilities amazing, and the decor and style wonderful. Sara and the rest of the staff were fantastic.
−Nothing to complain about - if anything, just a small suggestion to add a bit more variety to the breakfast options.

−Il materasso per il letto matrimoniale era purtroppo composto da due unità e avevano altezze diverse, forse un topper avrebbe migliorato la situazione

+Отель превзошел ожидания. Расположен в центре, в пешей доступности от городского пляжа, от порта, а так же от бесплатной парковки. Атмосферный холл, стильный интерьер номера - множество декоративный деталей, аксессуаров, винтажной и антикварной мебели, картин - все интересно рассматривать. Кровать удобная, отличный матрас, подушки и одеяла, приятное постельное белье и полотенца. Диван-кровать - удобный, дети хорошо высыпались. Душ отличный. Не к чему придраться. Спасибо большое Саре - со всеми вопросами через whats app оперативно помогала. Завтраки сытные и разнообразные. При отеле шикарный ресторан, бронь обязательна. С удовольствием вернемся снова!
