“Contemporary, cleans with a great bed and modern appliances”
+Clean, contemporary and comfortable with a good bathroom. Quality sheets and towels.

−The washbasin was a bit of a nightmare, nice design but the drain is either blocked or small capacity, it would take forever for the water to drain, not great especially after shaving. A proper small table/side tablebwpuld be great too, the 2 stools might look nice as a design bit, but they're useless as they're not flat, also very small..overall all was good though, including communication, so that's more of some minor things to maybe improve in the future 🙂

“Overall, a good option if you’re aiming to spend most of your time in Bari Vecchia”
+The location of the accommodation was perfect, few minutes away from the Old City. The room itself is spacious , very comfy and has all the mod cons.
−It was unclear from the pictures that there’s a shared kitchen and 5 more rooms on the same floor. Because of poor sound insulation , it can get very noise and uncomfortable during the evening or night, had some troubles sleeping.

+Good communication from the company when I brought the broken shower to their attention. They quickly responded and fixed this although the blind couldn’t be fixed
−Thin walls and noisy occupants in the other apartments. Felt we couldn’t use the communal kitchen due to other guests being standoffish and leaving the space dirty after use so we ate all meals out. Apartment wasn’t very clean and the shower was broken. Also the blind at the balcony was also broken so we couldn’t let in any light or see out.

“No sound proofing, lots of noise from other rooms.”

−Dusty room, dirty towels. The room we booked was in a 6-room apartment with shared kitchen. No sound proofing at all made it impossible to rest at night because of noises from the other people in the other rooms. First time I ever had to leave an accommodation early - booked 3 nights and left after 1 single night because there was no chance we could get any sleep.

−Schimmel in den Badezimmern, modriger Geruch vor allem im Zimmer 6, Tischchen in Zi 6 war schmutzig, in der Küche lag noch Geschirr vom Vormieter, Waschbeckenarmatur und Badezimmer-Türrahmen in Zimmer 1 locker

+sono stata 3 notti , mai cambiato i 2 asciugamani,+nessun cassetto o ripiano per poter appoggiare maglioni o biancheria intima ecc + comodini in realta' 2 sgabelli piccoli con il buco in mezzo e non piani cosi cose piccole che scivolano nel buco e per terra, bottiglia d'acqua che non sta in piedi visto che' e' conico quindi dovuto appoggiarla per terra
−aggiungerrei piani da appoggio e sostituirei i comodini

“Pobyt udany. Trochę za wysoka temperatura (36-39' C)”
+Pobyt bez wyżywienia. Lokalizacja znakomita. Dobrze działająca klima. Oddzielna ubikacja i prysznic.
−Pokój podczas całego pobytu nie sprzątany. Brak lodówki w pokoju. Jedna lodówka we wspólnej kuchni na 6 pokoi (po jednej półce na każdy pokój). Brak wystarczającej liczby szklanek i kubków. W pokojach poza łóżkiem brak szafy na odzież (Półki wiszące z IKEI podpięte do wieszaka wolnostojącego. Ubikacja , prysznic i umywalka nie mają odpływu grawitacyjnego. Kilka pokoi podpiętych do tzw. młynka rozdrabniacza, którego działanie włączało się o różnych porach dnia i nocy. Do tego zakaz wrzucania papieru toaletowego do ubikacji po załatwieniu się.
