“Incredible value for money.”
+The host is very responsive, accommodating and kind. Breakfast was delicious and was made for the time you require. The value for money is insane! Water and other things available to buy at the property. Walk into Mirissa is around 25 minutes, there is a bus stop right next to the stay.
−WiFi didn’t work. You have to pay extra 500 rupees to use the gas and there was no fridge.

“Polite, peaceful, central to everything I wanted, good value for the money”
+The location ticked all my boxes! Closed enough to both Mirissa and Weligama I was able to experience both in just 3 nights including parrot hill and coconut hill. The host are incredibly polite and suggested us the most amazing buffet restaurant and very cheap. I loved the house and the garden a true Sri Lankan home stay. The breakfast was delicious and differed

+It was a nice, comfortable, quiet, and clean place with a great location. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a private room with air conditioning. The breakfast was good. There was an en-suite bathroom with hot water, and they also provided a towel and soap. The bed had clean sheets. I arrived early in the morning and was warmly welcomed. The location of the hostel is very convenient , it's right by the main road and close to the bus station, which is a big plus.
−The only negative point for me was the lack of a mosquito net for the bed, so travelers should definitely bring insect spray with them.

“Excellent value for money. I recommend !”
+The house is close to the Polwathumodara Railway station (10min walk), to Mirissa beach and Weligama beach (5min tuktuk ride or bus). It’s situated in a quiet area, so you won't be disturbed by parties like in the city-centers. The room is on the ground floor, clean and spacious, the bed is very large and comfortable, with clean sheets. Plugs by the bed (2 types : round and rectangular). Not USB. There is a hanger for your clothes as well as a small table. Big fan working well. Windows with bars and a thin curtain so you can let them open at night to get some fresh air. The private bathroom is spacious as well, with new equipments and very clean. Water is cold, but after a day of walking around or tanning at the beach and sweating, you'll truly enjoy that cold shower ! Bath towel provided. Access to communal spaces : a large sheltered terrace with two tables where you'll take your breakfast and maybe dinner. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. They adapt if you're a vegetarian. I tried the dinner as well and it was amazing, very tasty, also very generous. Everything is homemade, traditional sri-lankan food, and she truly is a great cook ! −The pressure from the shower-head is a bit low, so when you have very thick and long hair like me (dreadlocks), it can be a little complicated and long to wash them. But this is a detail. Aside that, everything was PERFECT. Go for it.

“Traumhafter Aufenthalt bei herzlicher Gastgeberin”
+Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Praneeth! 💛 Praneeth ist so ein herzlicher und liebevoller Mensch - wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt: Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einem wunderbaren, frisch zubereiteten Frühstück verwöhnt, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Außerdem konnten wir direkt vor Ort einen Roller mieten, was perfekt war, um die umliegenden Städte und Strände auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber ideal gelegen - einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Mirissa. Wir werden diese Zeit immer in bester Erinnerung behalten und können einen Aufenthalt bei Praneeth von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

+La Nishani ens va rebre amb te i galetes només arribar i en tot moment va ser molt atenta i agradable. Allà mateix vam poder llogar una scooter i fins i tot ens van ajudar a trobar un servei de taxi. Molt bona ubicació i habitació, amb un esmorzar boníssim i molt complet.

“Struttura su strada molto trafficata”
+La famiglia è accogliente, la stanza è pulita con le lenzuola e gli asciugamani in ordine. La colazione molto buona. La famiglia è stata molto gentile a lasciarci usare il gas, i condimenti e l’olio per cucinare la cena. Acqua calda in bagno
−La posizione. È veramente scomoda per chi ha intenzione di andare al mare a Mirissa poiché si affaccia sulla strada molto trafficata dove passa ogni tipo di mezzo giorno e notte. Di conseguenza non è una struttura silenziosa. Il tragitto a piedi o in bici non è sicuro poiché le auto corrono molto e ci sono curve pericolose. Nel bagno e nella stanza c’erano molte formiche, il che può dare fastidio. Manca la zanzariera sul letto che in certi casi può salvare il sonno.
