+The only positive thing was the location - variety of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, there was an elevator in the building and it was working perfectly fine.
−1. LOCATION: Even though I said that the apartment’s location was good because of the numerous shops, cafes and restaurants around - the estimated location was TOTALLY different. We specifically chose this host because the location shown on Booking.com was perfect and the closest to the place which me and my wife had to visit often during our stay BUT shortly before our arrival we received a new completely different location which was at least 1km away from the other one. 2. INTERIOR: When we entered the apartment we were disappointed once again because what we saw didn’t meet our expectations AT ALL. The host DID NOT mention that the pictures are from several different apartments. We were expecting a big SMART TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. as DESCRIBED but what we got was a lot smaller one that definitely DID NOT have any of the listed features. The kitchen was not equipped enough either - a simple spatula was not in sight, neither was a normal pan. Also, the pots seemed old and used way too many times. :/ The placement of almost every appliance was another misunderstanding related to the whole experience there - the oven was under the countertop (NOT built-in, by the way) and th

−Niet de accomedatie gekregen wat we hebben geboekt. Volgende dag zouden we betere krijgen was nog steeds niet de kamer die we hadden geboekt maar wel beter qua hygiëne.Heel dramatisch . Heeft echt onze vakantie beïnvloed. Ik had deluxe appartement geboekt . Check foto’s . Was niks luxe aan helaas

+Апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям. Расположены рядом с магазинами, торговой улицей, в здании кофейня и булочки вкусные. Напротив продуктовый и рыбные лавки. Так же до метро очень близко. Несколько маршрутов автобусных. Сами апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым: фен, утюг, стиралка. Так же есть порошок, масло, посуды вдоволь. Чай, кофе, соль и сахар. В общем все мелочи продуманы. Достаточно чисто. Есть немного следы пользования помещением, но не критично. За старание сделать уют и интерьерные мелочи-лайк.
−Само здание плохо шумоизолировано. Через панорамные окна слышна улица, а через перегородку-соседи по лестничной клетке. Хуже чем в панельном доме. Но это вопросы к застройщику. Была накладка по брони, но нам удалось договориться. По возможности пишите сразу хозяину о подтверждении брони

+Lokationen var ikke siden af metroen, hvilket jeg forventede før jeg ankom. Men det er en fin gå afstand, hvor der er mange gode butikker. Det hele var meget nyt og rent. Personalet er mega sød og svarer hurtigt, når man har brug for noget. Man kan finde parkering. Vi havde en toiletdør som ikke kunne låses, den fik han fikset. Så man skal bare sige til. God aircondition. God wifi. Rene køkkenudstyr.
−Da vi var på første etage var der meget støj fra gaden. Der er en bager som er 24/7 åben, og nogle gange viser de ikke hensyn, når man sover. De kan finde på at tænde for musik om natten. Jeg synes vores lejlighed var familievenlig, men fint for 2 personer. Der var ikke vindue på soveværelset, så jeg vil slet ikke anbefale det om sommeren.
