“I would NOT recommend this place. There are significant issues with cleanliness, room arrangements.”
+I didn't like anything at all.
−1. The entrance was not straightforward. The original entrance door had been blocked off, and the lounge area had been converted into a bedroom with the main door locked. We had to enter through another door, and the route was not particularly clean or well maintained. 2. We initially booked two double rooms based on the address and details provided on Booking.com. However, when we arrived, the landlord directed us to completely different rooms in another area. 3. The cleanliness of the toilet was extremely poor. I would rate it -10 out of 10. It clearly had not been cleaned properly, there was no hand wash available, and there were used bottles left around. 4. In the morning, I messaged the landlord to report that there was no hot water. Unfortunately, I received no response. The hot water only seemed to last for the first minute or so before turning cold, making it difficult to shower. 5. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the radiator remained warm throughout, so the room itself was adequately heated.

“Driveway/front garden can take two cars but the car we met there parked awkwardly to occupy both”
+Location was not bad to local facilities
−Parking. Being a close, street parking was full and being out of area travellers, parking far away to warm to the house at the time we arrived there close to midnight was not fun
