−We were extremely disappointed with this booking. The listing was misleading because the only interior photos shown on Booking.com were of the "Big Tree Cabin", which naturally led us to believe that the unit we booked would be of a similar standard and appearance. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived, the unit lacked basic amenities such as bath mats, hand soap, central heating, and adequate warm towels. It was completely different from what we expected based on the listing, and we immediately felt that it had been misrepresented. As animal lovers, we were also concerned about the condition of the dogs on the property, which appeared to be severely underfed. This was upsetting to see. “I would definitely stay here again. The host is lovely and has 2 super caring dogs.”
+The cabin was very comfortable, cozy and warm. It's well furnished and creates so much convenience and comfort. The TV did not work, but there were games and puzzles for entertainment.
−The TV did not work. The location is slightly away from the main road, the gravel gets slippery when it's wet.
