“Okay ish”
+the room okay nice for a night but very small for a family room 2 adults and 1 child the room was clean and tidy
−the only bad thing is the WiFi was awful would only work if down stairs in the lounge area no signal in the room a all

“Beautiful Hotel”
+Close to all the main attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was really tidy and beds were really comfortable. By far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in whilst in Blackpool.

+We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly, helpful staff. We were honestly rescued by this hotel after having a terrible experience checking in at our original booking. At the very last minute, they were able to give us a room, and after two nights they kindly moved us to another room that better suited my mobility needs, which I really appreciated. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and both hosts were absolutely amazing. They are a lovely couple who run the hotel, and we felt completely at ease and at home during our stay. The location is also great, with a tram stop right across the road and the Pleasure Beach very close by.
−The bed wasn't comfortable to the point I felt like I had been punched in the back after the first night. I used a blow up camping matress over it as well. The beds NEED matress toppers. Or possibly just need replacing.

“Avoid”
+The location was good and the accommodation was clean.
−There was nobody there upon arrival we had to wait on the doorstep, far from the wonderful welcome we had read about we were handed a set of keys and the lady left, breakfast was in a different location altogether, the room was absolutely tiny and the bed was rock solid, we were absolutely boiling, the shower was so small I couldn't use it. It felt more like a HMO than a guest house. We stayed one night out of the 3 booked and left to stay elsewhere.
