“Nice stay”
+Very high celling. Nice apartment and decent location.
−5 eur for parking, 5 eur for airco...feels unfair. Also bed could be more comfortable.

+Conditioner and enough towels each person 2 i think and as well was where to dry clothes was everything you need
−Disliked · Toilets, need renovation and plumber, we couldn’t find wifi as was written in message as well almost no communication from owner or responsible person after we texted that we are in. Plius in pictures looks a bit like u get whole apartament, but its only one room and common spaces. As well if u want use conditioner at night owner asked 5 euro extra per night if we want to use conditioner at night. Location not the best, quite far from city center and its hard to reach by bus because all times bus not coming so we walked like 30/40mins

−Jako pierwsze stado komarow krore by zjadly cie w calosci, po dwoch nocach wygladalem jak tredowaty , mimo ze okno bylo zamkniete nie mam pojecia z kad wylazily , tragiczna wspolna lazienka , wiecznie ktos w niej siedzial , prysznic jak dla dziecka a nie dla doroslego mezczyzny , dzwi trzeba bylo zamykac nogami bo tarly o podloge albo futryne , chalasujacy wspollokatorzy , w ogloszeniu jest klimatyzacja I parking dla samochodu ale wszystko za dodatkowa oplata

“Не найгірший варіант для бюджетного відпочинку.”
+Місце, де розташоване помешкання, тихе та спокійне. Це не стосується помешкання, але мандрівникам раджу врахувати, що рух транспорту жахливий, тож розташування непогане, але добиратись в центр дещо довго. Загалом перебувати там було непогано, потішило, що тут зупинялись приємні люди.
−Ванна була брудною, двері в душову кабіну були зламані. Також на кухні було два великих таргани.

−Poca comunicazione che mi ha portato alla fine a decidere di non usare il parcheggio, in quanto per i primi due giorni non ho avuto indicazione e quindi ho lasciato la macchina in strada e a quel punto ho deciso di lasciarla in strada anche gli altri giorni. Il bagno è stato chiuso una giornata e mi è stato detto di aprire con la chiave della stanza, quindi con la chiave del bagno, che era disponibile a tutti; chiunque poteva aprire la mia stanza. Inoltre nella struttura c’erano avvisi di pagamento che non ho capito, come la tassa per poter usare l’aria condizionata

−Un petit peu de manque d’organisation + pour la climatisation, l’hôtel demande 5 euros par nuit d’utilisation. Cela n’est pas indiqué dans l’offre

+Prijs kwaliteit is dit heel correct - duidelijk communicatie. Rustig gelegen, 2 badkamers zeer nuttig.
−Beddengoed was proper maar zag er afgeleefd uit, idem voor de kamer. Pannen in de keuken totaal niet bruikbaar. Fijn dat iedereen de koelkast mag gebruiken maar dit leidt tot minder hygiëne. Feit dat er plots 5 eur werd gevraagd voor gebruik van airco. Ik kon dit niet terugvinden op de advertentie bij booking site. Werd dan finaal toch niet verrekend door gastvrouw.
