“Excellent Riad and trip to Marrakech.”
+Loved the beautiful interior of the Riad. So peaceful and quiet around the pool after the hustle and bustle of the Souks. Great location. Good breakfast.
−Lots of bread and pastries but personally I would have liked some more choice of fresh fruit and perhaps an egg option at breakfast.

“Stunning property - outstanding staff - fantastic location!”
+This property is stunning. The moment you come through the impressive doors, it opens onto a magical world of beautiful carvings, fountains, arches, bougainvillea, palms, and beautiful lighting. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and welcoming. In the mornings we swam in the pool, and in the evenings the Riad was all bathed in candle light. The hammam and spa area is gorgeous and the treatments were amazing. We were looked after royally the whole nine days we stayed. It is also a very convenient location in the Medina.

“A truly magical anniversary stay, with exceptional hospitality that surpassed many five-star luxury”
+My wife and I travel extensively and frequently stay at five-star hotels and luxury resorts, but our five nights at Demeures d'Orient were among the most memorable we have ever experienced. I had secretly arranged this trip as an anniversary surprise for my wife, and the entire team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. They patiently helped me organise our itinerary, private transfers and a wonderful Three Valleys excursion, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and we could simply relax and enjoy our time together. On our first evening, they surprised us by decorating our room and dining table with beautiful rose petals. When I offered to pay, they explained that it was their gift to us for our anniversary. Such genuine kindness and thoughtfulness are rare, even in the finest hotels. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and ideally located for exploring Marrakech. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a wonderfully large bathtub. The breakfasts were excellent, as were the lunch and dinner we enjoyed there. Above all, it was the extraordinary warmth, professionalism and personal attention of the staff that made

+Well located centrally. Quiet oasis. Small boutique hotel like vibe. Staff at reception, breakfast and spa were exceptional. Always helpful. Never said no. Organised whatever was required. Very personalised service.
−Pool is more a dip rather than a swim pool but a beautiful touch nevertheless.

+Everything. Wonderful interiors. Typically warm moroccan service. A great position on the (relatively) calm end of the souks.
−Really splitting hairs here but I dont think they should charge extra for a second coffee

“Wonderful place to stay.”
+This is a beautiful Riad, set close to the hustle and bustle, but amazingly tranquil once inside. The facilities are wonderful whilst all the staff are genuinely friendly and cannot do enough to ensure you have a fabulous stay. Initially greeted with mint tea and small sweet treats, it was a great experience from start to finish.

“Cultural experience. Really enjoyed it.”
+All staff were excellent reception staff and waiters were all superb. Very quiet calm and relaxing Riad. The markets were a great experience - 15 min walk from Riad.
−Shower did not work very well TV did not switch on. Once you step outside of the Riad you are met with poverty and dirty street, however locals tend to just get on with it and do not bother you and are helpful.

+Well designed riad where the focus is on relaxation, privacy and an authentic moroccan atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and special thanks to Abde, Said, Osama and Bou Bkr, and Tawfeeg and the lady who make up the room. And they were always ready to help in discreet and professional way. Their hospitality made the stay feel comfortable and very well taken care of throughout.

+The property was beautiful. Very well cared for, constantly being cleaned. Our room overlooked directly ontothe centre courtyard and the pool. The staff are outstanding and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you
−There is nothing I didnt like. If I had to make a comment here it would be about the wasps who appear at breakfast time which could be a little umpleasant.
